We didi not even travelled to this property yet. But still can say one of the worst property of Udaipur. Since 4 days i am trying to book a room and you are only apologetic for delay. This is the service standards before the reserving a room i am afraid what kind of service would be there once we checkin. No body will be there to hear or listen to us i believe. Such a pathetic hotel. Even worst the manager of the hotel is calling me to threaten to not to post a review againt them or else it will be bad.

We stayed here for two days. Overall, the experience was decent—the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable. However, the room service needs significant improvement as we had to call multiple times for assistance. The food was also disappointing. We ordered paneer sabji, but the paneer was hard and didn’t taste fresh. With better service and food quality, the stay could have been much more enjoyable.

They only provide amenities on paper, once you see the room you understand there is not even a tea pot and they mention freezer on paper🤣

the room was good, neat and clean

Property Location is good , room cleaning is good, but breakfast is average also my hendikep driver use for lift but hotel staff denied for use due to only lift use only guest
