We recently stayed at Coral Beach Resort, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Our entire family enjoyed the stay very much. The resort is beautiful, with a great ambiance, and the food was absolutely delicious. All the staff members were very polite, supportive, and attentive. A special mention to the General Manager, Mr. Jeianand—he is an extremely kind and dedicated person. He personally took care of every guest and guided everyone with great warmth. During breakfast, he stood for nearly two hours, personally interacting with guests, ensuring everyone was comfortable, and even serving with genuine care. His management and personal involvement made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated his efforts and hospitality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to visit Coral Beach Resort again and again.

We were a group of senior citizen friends who stayed at Coral Beach Resort in five rooms from 24th January 2026 to 27th January 2026. The property is located in a wonderful area, with a beautiful beach at walking distance. The facilities in the resort are also excellent. The food was very tasty, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes. The service provided by Mr. Srinivasan and Mr. Sunil in the restaurant was particularly commendable. However, we were extremely disappointed with the poor maintenance of the rooms, especially considering that we are senior citizens. There was no hot water in any of the five bathrooms for all four days of our stay. Repeated complaints to the reception did not result in any improvement. Even escalation to the Front Office Manager proved ineffective. Initially, we were provided with buckets of hot water. However, after the Front Office Manager assured us that the issue had been rectified, even this arrangement was stopped. As a result, we were compelled to take cold water baths on the morning of 27th January, just before checkout, in all five rooms. Additionally, three ground-floor rooms were badly affected by mosquitoes. Despite several complaints and reminders, there was no improvement, and the mosquito menace continued throughout our stay in these rooms. While we truly appreciated the location, food quality, and restaurant service, the lack of basic amenities and the indifferent response to repeated complaints significantly affected our experience. We hope the management will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent inconvenience to future guests, especially senior citizens.

We had such a wonderful time at this resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel right at home. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but here we felt completely safe and cared for, which gave us so much peace of mind. The pool quickly became our favorite spot: sparkling clean, beautifully kept, and perfect for both relaxing and splashing around with the kids. Mealtimes were another highlight; the food was not only delicious but also offered something for everyone, and the restaurant team made each meal feel special with their warmth and attention. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, safety, and hospitality so seamlessly, but this resort truly does. We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for families looking for a getaway that feels both relaxing and welcoming... :)

This was my third visit to Coral Beach Resort, Mahabalipuram, and every time the experience keeps getting better. The hospitality and service are truly outstanding. A special mention to F&B Manager Srinivasan, Chef Pushpanjali, Housekeeping Manager Dayaram, and GM Jai Anand – they ensured that our stay was completely taken care of with utmost attention and warmth. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, making our stay comfortable. The restaurant has a beautiful green ambience, serving fresh and delicious food. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, perfect for a relaxing dip. The consistency in service and care is what impresses me the most. Truly a place where guests are valued. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mahabalipuram.

The facilities are outstanding, offering everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. As for the rooms, they were spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured extremely comfortable beds that made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.

We booked coral beach resort because we knew Mr Raja who dealt with our trip two years ago at the ideal beach resort . Since he was extremely proactive we decided to go with him again but found that he had shifted to coral beach resort. He assured us that this newer place was indeed very good and was extremely accommodating for our day trip for 50 staff from our hospital ..He put us on to Mr Srinivasan who was extremely courteous. We were greeted at the resort with a welcome board and the very spacious main ball room was alloted to us. The food was good and extremely hot and inviting After much fun and frolic and 3 sumptuous meals we enjoyed the private beach front All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The premises were clean and well maintained . The toilets were also neat and the housekeeping was cleaning them constantly . Tired but happy we returned in the evening.
