For people that want to have a reasonable sleep this place is not for you. restaurant and bar were very loud never finished before midnight and a lot of time well past that. Even if there were only a couple of people left in there and invited late drinkers in. A shame as the staff were great and the pool area and rooms to a good standard. Good if you like to party all night.

Arrived for a three-week stay and paid everything in cash on the spot. The owner came, introduced himself and immediately disappeared with the money. Probably to go for a drive in his brand new black Mercedes Cabrio (hey guys, this is INDIA). After the nice *** at reception explained all the house rules, we went to our room, which was located directly above the restaurant and bar. After reading a number of warnings in the room (hand in the key to reception when leaving the hotel, if lost you pay 500. -, no outside food allowed, as it may be poisoned, etc etc etc), and seeing the mould in the bathroom, the loose toilet seat, and the cobwebs (which were still there three weeks later), we spent our well-deserved holiday in GOA like for many years already. A few pieces of advice from us. Do not return to the hotel before 11 p.m. if you do not like karaoke. Bring earplugs so you can sleep at all. Accept that on evenings with music, the owner and staff don't respect the guests sleeping in the hotel. „Hey, this is GOA, you have to party!“ You've already paid for everything, so why bother with the guests? The Indian breakfast is OK, although very limited. On request, the room was cleaned every other day, but towels were always forgotten, toilet paper was missing and the cobwebs in the corners were ignored. In general, there is a lot of overdue maintenance. Only the swimming pool and the brand new Mercedes are well maintained. I really have no problem with nice luxury cars and the fact that the owner is proud of them, but when they are parked so prominently in the courtyard by the pool, illuminated by red neon lights at night, and there is so much overdue maintenance in the hotel, I'm sorry, but as a guest of this hotel, I get the feeling that the wrong priorities are being set. It's a shame because the hotel could really be a gem. Overall, for the first time in my life, I was happy to leave an hotel after a 3 week stay.

Super place for All!!! My little ones enjoyed the most. Courteous and kind Staff with lovely ambiance… perfect get away place. Food was fantastic and the swimming is clean and hygienic with loads of place and a baby pool for kids who don’t know swimming. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Located approximately 12-15mins from the beach. They have very beautiful restaurant. We had fun, we enjoyed local food there. Also the pool is quite deep it’s above 5ft.

This hotel was adequate for our needs, but nothing exceptional. It served its purpose as a place to sleep, but didn't offer any memorable experiences.
The hotel was fine, just very average. Everything was functional, but there wasn't anything that stood out, either positively or negatively.
A very middle-of-the-road hotel. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. If you're looking for a basic place to stay, this will do

It was such a pleasant 3 day stay. The staff were super nice and friendly. My favourite part was the nicely maintained pool. Would definitely visit again.

While the presidential suite was large, we faced problems from walking into it - fan was not working, water in the jacuzzi was brown and stopped for 30 min and finally the AC packed up which needed a full service - all within the first 2 hrs.
While the pool was beautiful and the service was OK, the breakfast spread was very avg.
