房间非常好！非常舒适，离火车站非常近、非常方便，到美景宫也是步行即可到达的距离。前台接待和服务非常热情专业，而且有打印的服务，临时预定的门票和车票都可以打印，非常开心的入住体验！
位置超级好，非常推荐火车旅行的时候选择，距离火车站走路一分钟，在大雪天的维也纳尤其重要。去坐电车和地铁也是方便的，走路十分钟也能到美景宫。周边超市非常多，买什么都方便。酒店工作人员服务特别友善，有房间的时候可以中午checkin，前台还有热咖啡和热水免费供应，推荐！
缺点：双床房很小，房内没有拖鞋、梳子、牙膏和牙刷，类似国内汉庭。
优点：中央火车站Wien Hbf里离Platform 1最近的大门出去，穿过马路就是了，地理位置绝佳，附近有各种交通工具，去景点很方便，往返湖区、往返机场都要在Wien Hbf进出，也特别方便。
真没想到房间里没有烧水壶，而且没有手巾，只有浴巾，这很不环保。
前台员工，尤其是那位经理，对顾客毫无待客之道，反而对我患有唐氏综合症的妹妹充满敌意。给我们安排的房间离前台有十几间房的距离，请看图片。
我在Trip.com预订时，行李寄存的条款和条件并未明确说明。令我惊讶的是，咨询前台后才得知不能寄存。最终，在Trip.com的沟通协调下，我们得以破例将行李存放在储物间，对此我们非常感激和感谢🙏

非常完美的酒店，前台接待服务质量高。酒店位置非常优越，离维也纳中央火车站（枢纽）只需要徒步几十米。火车站内便利店、餐饮很丰富，非常洁净。酒店房间质量高，管理、服务的很好。强烈推荐！
地理位置我觉得还是没得说的，火车站出来两分钟，对于赶火车的是个很好的选择。但是除了房间就没有任何设备设施，楼下有个咖啡机和热水，这点很好。我们住了三个晚上，都没有人来打扫房间。火车站附近吃的喝的，交通还是很方便的。
这是一家干净整洁的酒店。它就位于中央车站正前方，交通非常便利，真是无与伦比。中央车站附近大多是办公楼，所以非常安全和安静。
家人们谁懂啊，住ibis直接解锁「荒野求生·都市精简版」——
抬头看天花板，灰层都能凑出“微型沙尘暴预备役”；地毯主打“复古做旧风”，白是不可能白的，主打一个和灰尘“你中有我我中有你”的深度绑定。
洗澡水温像开盲盒：要么烫得我当场跳踢踏舞，要么凉得我演《甄嬛传》名场面“臣妾冷”；最绝是电视墙——我说这屏咋没声儿呢，合着是“手绘板书款行为艺术”，看剧全靠脑补，氛围感直接拉满“看个寂寞”。
想喝口热水？得先完成“下楼取热饮”支线任务，运动量对标小区遛弯大爷，住完步数直接登顶微信运动，主打一个“住宿健身二合一”。
建议酒店改名叫「ibis·反向沉浸式体验中心」，住完回家看自己家都像五星总统套，这“治愈感”没谁了👍
位置好，房间大，性价比较高。
