Great property, appointed to a high standard but the road noise was unbearable and there is no parking nearby

酒店回复: I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay. There is some road noise in apartments at the front of the property but we do provide earplugs and the majority of guests don't find it a problem. The apartments at the rear are quiet. There is parking at the pub next door and some street parking - again guests don't report this as a problem.

The apartment in itself was nice. We had trouble with the parking, was going round in circles until an officer gave us directions to park somewhere. The bed was squeaky with every move and being light sleepers it kept us awake most of the night as well as the people at the pub downstairs. There was also a weird smell coming from the bathroom. Apart from that the apartment was well equipped for what you needed.

And I am sorry that you struggled with parking - I do give a detailed map of all places that you can park with the check in instructions so maybe you didn't manage to look at that? I will look into the smell - we do occasionally have problems with the old drains that are throughout Worcester city.
