酒店回复: Dear King, We find your feedback to be of significant value.We have taken note of your concerns on the check-in process which was delayed. The travel agent you booked through had not shared the payment information and we had to request them to provide these details upon your arrival which took some time. In addition since the booking was done through a third party, the payment was not made directly at the Front desk. 没有任何问题，治安，周边环境。房间特别大，应该全都是套房类型，价格合适，来内罗毕绝对推荐。
