2nd time staying at this location with my family & we absolutely enjoyed it the staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well.

The room was nice and clean. It was laid out thoughtfully.
The only downsides were the motion operated light in the bathroom is much too bright and should not be on a motion switch. Also, the doors to each room slam and are LOUD. If you have an early riser as a neighbor - be prepared to be woken up. There were some impolite guests next to me - one had their TV blasting at midnight which was resolved after calling the front desk.

Not a friendly personnel at the hotel. I had to pay for an extra night when my flight got delayed and I only needed a late check out. Abusive and not accommodating to client especially when the hotel is empty and they have the possibility to accommodate. Personne very robotic and not humanly understanding of a delayed flight during government shutdown and instead of offering late checkout for extra money they make you pay for an extra night.

Our goal is always to be as accommodating as possible; however, we do have set late check-out procedures to ensure rooms can be properly cleaned and ready for arriving guests.We offer a late check-out option until 2:00 PM for a $40 fee, but anything beyond that requires an additional night’s stay. This is because our housekeeping team departs at a certain time, and we are unable to clean or resell the room afterward. In this case, since your flight was cancelled and you stayed another night, the nightly rate applied as it would for any extended stay.We truly understand that travel delays can be frustrating, and we do our best to work within our operational limits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.

Checked in Friday night for the AORN Guidelines Workshop the next day. The room was very nice and clean! Easy parking. I didn’t have breakfast, but the food looked great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Hilton did not disappoint!

Clean and comfortable. Stayed one night for professional conference. Would definitely recommend as staff was pleasantly and efficient and rooms were updated and very clean.

My room was good except for the toilet not being flushed. I could hear the television from another room one night. The second night it was quiet. Other than the above statement I will be staying there again. I miss the whirlpool that was there.

唯一遗憾就是抽油烟机虽然很猛了，但对煎炒煮的中式烹饪，油烟无法消散，客厅就永远都有一股菜味
前台小姐姐特别温柔，房间超级大，设施超级新，大冰箱/电磁炉/微波炉/锅碗等等厨房用品一应俱全，早餐也不错。紧邻宜家，对我来说太方便了！
