Hotel room was nice and the pool looks just like the pictures. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Staff was very kind.

The resort is nice overall, however the cabana I stayed in had tons of ants and the washroom was filthy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Surrounding area is loud, rooms aren’t sound proof.

We stayed two nights at this resort and liked it very much. The pool is really huge and in a nice, green garden. Breakfast is simple, but o.k. Food selection for dinner is limited, but it's just nice that it is there. There are other shops and food places in the area, incl. a food court and a supermarked up at the main road. We used Grap from and back to Manila, which was very simple. If you want a cheaper option, there's also different busses. Nice and quiet place with a nice staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

缺点：太多在职培训生（OJT）集体办公。例如：有6个人进入我们的一个房间只是为了收毛巾和垃圾。在我们入住结束时，我们被收取了丢失毛巾的费用，这很可能是他们算错了。
太多在职培训生（OJT）无所事事，让他们用网清理泳池，我们根本不需要他们帮忙，还要捡树枝、捡猫屎和喷水器、擦洗淋浴瓷砖等等。
得知卡兰巴有这么一家宁静舒适的度假村，真是令人耳目一新，非常适合情侣入住。我们住在一间小屋里，虽然有些地方需要翻新，但大部分地方都很不错。床很舒服，卫生间也还不错。提供的毛巾很干净。按摩浴缸也很不错。我们对他们的服务非常满意。我们只是直接进去，没有提前预订，但May Ann非常乐于助人，带我们参观了周围。她非常擅长说服顾客预订住宿。Rajay也帮了我们很大的忙，他总是乐于解答我们的任何问题。食物很棒。厨师和厨房工作人员值得称赞。泳池很大，也很干净。总而言之，这是一次愉快的体验，我们一定会再来的。
