The hotel is dirty and rundown. There's only one washer and dryer and the dryer was broken so it was impossible to do laundry. The elevator was broken too. This hotel gets a lot of action, crowded with large families and children so this facility could use a facelift.

The room was clean and they came every few days to restock the towels and take the trash out. The breakfast was good. There were many places to walk to to shop or to eat.

The man checking us in was so kind and thoughtful. We had a huge travel day and he was especially kind to our tired kiddo, a treasure box choice and snack assortment were given to him. Breakfast was great, the pool was super clean and quiet. Great workout room also.

When we arrived, Judy was very welcoming and accommodating! Besides the TV not being able to turn off and some trash left behind in the icebox, everything was nice! Everyone we encountered during our stay were very kind and had a good attitude. (:
