吉隆坡第一站,看到shs推荐就定了两晚,酒店可以看到1-5层的房间价格,和另外一种1-21的房间价格(高于1-5层的),我选择了更高的价格,但是check in 后仍然给我第四层,外面吵的一塌糊涂,各种行人车辆的声音,房间又闷又潮湿又臭!我和携程沟通酒店要求加80马升级了房型,此处携程处理的很快,所以比较喜欢用携程!但是更离谱的是帮我更换到更多欧美这边的房间,酒店特意选了个空调不行的,真是感谢了~

价格比起其他网红店偏贵点。房间不够大,没啥拍照打卡点。
优点,地理位置可以。去啊罗街,去新峰肉骨茶,吃海鲜,商场等都比较方便,步行即可。
对面就是金河广场,坐观光车的总站,这个很方便。

卫生:整体卫生状况不错,基本没有大糟点。
设施:酒店设施也就游泳池和健身房以及瑜伽房 吧!其它真不知道。
房间设施应该算齐全吧!基本都有,唯一缺点是热水壶居然是在抽屉里的,奇怪。放拖鞋的居然是在离店前一刻才知道在衣架下面这个柜子里的,原来抽屉拉不开,以为是假抽屉的。害得我投诉没有拖鞋,有些错怪了。但酒店这种抽屉居然要花很大力气才能打开,也应该有责任的吧!另外有几个糟点之一就是两个床头柜太小,抽屉是假的。其二电视墙居然是镜子的,正对床,让人不经意会产生错觉吓一大跳,这是最差劲的设计。其三是浴室防滑垫找不到,两边墙也没有把手,存在安全隐患。浴室门底部不密封渗水到外面。还有就是插座经常会松动。。。
环境:酒店地处市中心,位置肯定没有问题的,周边不少商场和网红餐饮。酒店内部环境简洁明了卫生。
服务:整体服务还行吧。不过应该还是有些歧视中国人吧!我们定了两间相同大床房,结果给了我们一大一小两个房间,面积起码差五平米以上,没搞懂。而且明明有高楼层,却给我们三楼,窗户面对轻轨,也就是你不能打开窗帘,否则轻轨不时地从你窗前经过。我们只能自我安慰,这是城市轻轨房,我们属于世界上少部分享受这个待遇的人。当然,餐厅服务很不错,大部分服务生反应较快。作为一个酒店连锁集团品牌,希望真的要改进。
感谢一下早餐餐厅服务员,我家孩子呕吐了,他们及时缺清理了地面。并也同意我带三片面包在去机场路上食用。

住了三晚,终于退房来说说
✅优点∶位置中心,附近有很多商场,美食街等等
❌缺点∶双床房的房间非常小,行李箱摊开就没地方下脚,开门直接是床,这点很难接受,睡得没有安全感,唯一的窗外面的风景是对面的楼,非常之压抑,酒店房间的宣传图里是郁郁葱葱的绿植,而且仅仅一个卷帘我都不知道隐私有没有保障,空调风口对着床,一晚吹下来,被子都是潮潮的,非常不舒服
整个酒店,最好看的就是外立面,总得来说,体验不佳,请各位慎选
还有一点补充,浴室下水非常慢,会水漫金山
定的双卧室套房,有点小,只有一个卫生间,但卫生间很大,还有浴缸,楼层有点低了8f,风景比较一般。地段很好,楼下就是snk,柏威年走路5-10分钟,晚上过去很繁华,网红餐厅新峰肉骨茶也在楼下步行5分钟到。
距离双子塔走路得20-30分钟,早餐也不错,就是没有中文标识,服务也很好,没有矿泉水是直饮水。
这家酒店的地理位置挺好,步行去:乐天广场约5分钟、柏威年约10分钟、敦拉萨约15分钟,总之周边都是各种商场、美食餐饮,根本来不及逛吃哦。服务较专业,卫生也不错,房间面积也算大,下次来大马,继续入住!
酒店位置和服务都不错,客房服务人员有礼貌,房间打扫很整洁干净。
但有一点挺让人膈应的:
在订房时显示房型为“豪华特大床客房 1-21层”,但办理入住时前台问要不要加钱升级房型,升级后房间更大,景观更好。
本着酒店房间只是晚上回来休息的想法拒绝了升房,没想到分到的房型在4层(如图所示的位置),窗外被绿植和铁网挡了个严严实实,且正对轨道,噪音非常大!房间里潮味很重,想开窗通风又被噪音劝退。
是不是加钱升房才可以住到高层没有遮挡没有噪音的房间,但在订房时却并没有进行高层和低层的区分,花了一样的价钱预定了,却有人可以分到高层有人只能分到有噪音的低层,很不公平,前台建议加钱升房也有强买强卖之嫌。
酒店地理位置出色,对面有金河广场,旁边有乐天广场和亚罗街。柏威年也不远。酒店特色绿植也丰富。但是5楼平层侧面有很大的中央空调的噪音,酒店很人性化的给换了房间。早餐丰富,总体满意~
房间大,还是套间,适合我们家庭出游,门口进出方便,位置很好,10几分钟可以走到阿罗街。就是卫生间布局,面盆周围空间太小,洗漱用品都摆不下。早餐品种还可以再多些就更好了
