Staff not present at front desk. Very late check in 3pm.. Mold in bathroom. Nice stuff: coffee all day. Property mostly clean.

Everything was great! My only issue I had was they had four decaf coffees in the room instead of having two regular and two decaf other than that everything was great.

I stayed 4 nights. Amenities in the room were sparse (no clock, no chair, etc.) My room was never cleaned, no towels or sheets replaced, no trash emptied, even after I asked the front desk about it and was told they'd take care of it . "Breakfast" was meager. The manager refused to adjust my bill even though promised service was not delivered. I'll never stay in a Fairfield again.

The staff was friendly, and each one was helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was spacious and had nice furnishings.

Disappointed
The beds were ok. The shower was good. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was not available an hour after breakfast start time. Had to search down someone in the kitchen and found out this was the same person taking care of the desk. Not enough help. When coffee was made it had lots of grounds in it. In the room the electrical outlet nearly came out of the wall when unplugging. Notified the desk. There is definitely a lack of service personnel at this facility.
The price was more than several other hotels in the area and I am disappointed. I will not stay there again.

The hotel is super modern, upgraded, clean, comfortable, absolutely worth the price. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was a little so so was not accurate as far as the temperature but very minor issue considering the quality of the hotel.

这家酒店还不错，挺干净的。不过它离罗切斯特山（Rochester Hills）市中心比网站上说的要远。我们挺失望的，因为它没有按摩浴缸，只有一个很小的室内泳池。床和枕头都很舒服。
酒店有两层住满了冰球队的小孩，他们在其他楼层（包括我们这层）撒欢跑闹。第二天早上，早餐室也差不多是这个情况，孩子们又叫又跑，把所有东西都弄得一团糟，而家长们却在和其他家长聊天。对其他客人完全没有一点尊重。那些孩子们把各种果汁混在一起，觉得不好喝就倒掉，还有把没剥皮的香蕉扔掉，简直是浪费食物。
我知道这不是酒店的错。只是很遗憾，那些家长或孩子们完全没有考虑到其他住客的感受。我们还得等早餐室里唯一的一个工作人员来补充大部分早餐。不过一旦补齐了，冷热餐点的选择还是挺多的。我下次还是会选择住这家酒店。
酒店光线明亮，整洁干净，家具和装饰都保养得很好。房间宽敞，也很干净。热水很足，水压也强。健身房虽然有点挤，但很干净，设备状况良好。早餐还行。
