Front desk is friendly, but the room isn’t as clean. The sofa was dirty, so was the bed sheets, and lots of hair from other people all over towels. There was a spider as well. Overall it is workable to stay but for the price and being told it was ready hours before our regular check in, but still was dirty was disappointing.

Disappointed Traveler

I have staryed at several Slring Hill Suites while traveling. This was the worst in terms of cleanliness. There were smeared brown spots that seemed like dried up feces on the couch. Sticky splotches were on the inside barhroom sloding door, wall by the refrigerator, and above ghe dresser by the tv. The blinds looked as if someone clawed them. The shower also had stains that could not be cleaned with soap. Picture's are included. I spoke to the night time associate who said she would let the the housekeeping manager know. They were sold out, but said my room would be deep cleaned the next day. I said we'd be leaving between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. We returned around 6 and our room had not been touched. No one followed up with us. Upon checkout, no one asked how our stay was either. I usually dont complain, but this was unacceptable as I was teaveling with a toddler. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Not worth the price

The hotel was new and pricey. I spent the extra dollars because it was newer. Well, new was not great. The pressure on the shower head was weak. I had to take a shower on the 3 head setting to get distance with the water. The heat level was low. I contacted the front desk and no one answered. Mind you I checked in the hotel at 1am. He was in the lobby reading when I walked in. The air conditioner is a wall unit (why) in a newer hotel. I heard the air condition re-loading water all night and it didn't even cool the room. The mirror in the bathroom is modern but gives out low light. Cool features need to be practical. For the price of the hotels compared to others in the area was high for mediocre amenities.

Not bad. Housekeeping had not wiped down bedside tables, sofa stained, bathroom not top notch clean. Front desk staff helpful, but limited supplies for after hours. Convenient location.

I’ve given them a couple chances now. The first time all of my sheets were damp when I called the front desk and asked them if they could replace them they told me I could come downstairs and grab new ones versus them bringing them that’s fine i did that. The second time my water was cold in the shower and it also did not drain correctly. This last time really took the cake when I initially walked into my room, there was dried urine on the toilet (a lot of of it) that I had to clean myself like how do you miss that when cleaning a room?? This will be the last time that I stay there.

Not as good as the rating. Seems like a typical hotel but the smell of smoke and general blaise-ness about the place makes me wonder why is has such decent rating.
