Rooms were messy and there ac aren’t working at all i have complained the staff but there is no solution they gave us its terrible service and there are some insects in there room like lizard and bees even at mid of night bee bite me its a terrible experience and service

Terrible hotel. Don't trust on pictures. Room was not clean, ac is not working. Staff behavior was average. They take extra charge for early check-in and they didn't give that room that i booked. Not satisfy with this hotel. Never stay here

My recent experience at a hotel in chandigarh left much to be desired. From the moment i stepped in, it was evident that the service was subpar. The check-in process was sluggish, with disinterested staff making me wait longer than necessary. Upon entering the room, i was greeted by a stale odor that lingered throughout my stay. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dust accumulating in corners and on surfaces. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with a lack of amenities and signs of poor maintenance. Overall, my experience at this chandigarh hotel was far from pleasant. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Service was good, bed, chair and table, mirror available in room. Bathroom quite clean not properly. Cleanliness was not there in few objects like landline, chair and table. Dust was there in these objects. Even i saw lizard on blanket. Over all - can stay, according to the price.
