Very bad smell in room , bed sheet was dirty when i call hotel staff he said we don’t have staff to change bed sheet . My stay was horrible . I have ordered food from Swigy as there chef was not leave

The check-in staff exhibited rude behavior, including questioning guests about the exact time they left their rooms, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. 2. The TV and Wi-Fi in the room were not functional, which disrupted my experience. 3. Cleanliness was significantly lacking throughout the premises. 4. The bathroom was dirty and below expected hygiene standards. 5. There were stains on the bed and blankets, which were also discoloured and appeared unhygienic and 3-4 torns as well. 6. The provided bedding cover was inadequate—a small cover filled with blankets instead of proper clothing storage solutions.

U had booked super deluxe room, those rooms were too small, i booked the hotel based on the images unhygienic conditions were there, so i cut short my trip by 1 day. And checked out on the very first day.

The location is good for bird sanctuary tourists, also bharatpur being an old town 300 meters away saras chowk is almost the most happening place of the town with standard food / drinks / mart etc. Manager's behaviour is also good but the property is not maintained at all including dirty linen, no access remote working, toilet exhaust fan not working, lack of staff and poor room service. No lift and super deluxe rooms are on the 2nd floor with a steep staircase. Intercom was working but what's the use unless you have proper staffing and intention to serve better !

The room was just ok. I have booked this hotel for 2 day trip and was included breakfast in the meal option but at the time of breakfast they did not provide anything. They told us to pay if you want the breakfast. I will not recommend this to anyone.
