Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Staff person for mains breakfast was very nice and friendly.

The room was extremely dirty, it felt as if the room was not cleaned from the previous guests. Tooth paste on the mirrors, urine on the floor, hair in the sheets of bed, the shower was absolutely filthy. When we spoke with the front desk staff they were dismissive and state there was nothing they could do until the next day.

More help at front desk so it didn’t take 1/2 to get checked in
The entrance doors were extremely loud. Our room heard everyone coming and going into hotel to the point we left a night early to come home to get a quiet of sleep since neither my husband or I slept the night before
The gentleman at desk, Michael, was very kind and apologetic BUT I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hallways smelt horrible-
Only gave it an “okay” because of Michael.
Honestly it would be a “POOR” otherwise.
Shame on HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!!! Not work the $300.00 we spent!!!!!!!

Some of the staff was nice however the kitchen staff wasn’t all that great. This is an older hotel.

Our intial room on the first floor was terrible! No carpet and a strong smell of cat urine. Our room on the third floor was excellent.

Very loud clientele I had to call the police. Workers staying at the facility partying in the parking lot. Hotel is clean but might be a low $$$ place so hard to get rest.

I normally stay at this hotwl when I stay in the area, but the room smelled like mildew and the tv didn't work at first until a staff memeber came and fixed that issue. The elevator worked fine the night we got there, but the next morning it seem to be not functioning well. Other than that it was a great stay and the breakfast was on point. Thank you for you hospitality great staff!!!

The first room given to us was overwhelming in its smell of cleaning products trying to hide the musty smell of mildew. Immediately requested a new room, which they provided and was no great change, but at least tolerable for the few hours of sleep needed. Would not have stayed if we had to spend any time in the hotel itself.
