Do NOT book The Editory Riverside Santa Apolónia Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal! It's the largest five-star hotel locally; it’s very expensive, but it provides the worst service that I have ever experienced. What makes me fully disappointed is not just the terrible service, but also it's extremely exploitative and arrogant attitude.
Due to a mechanical failure that prevented our flight from Sweden to Portugal, and the extremely limited flights during the Christmas week (resulting in a three-day delay), we can not arrive in Portugal on time, and the earliest flight we can arrive is on the third day. We immediately called the hotel to explain the situation and request a rescheduling or refund. The hotel customer service representative rudely told us in English on the phone, "I can't do anything, but you must contact your agent (Ctrip)." Actually, my travel agency company, Ctrip, contacted the hotel's reservation department multiple times to request a rescheduling and refund. I also submitted the flight company KLM's certificate to them.
What's absurd is that the hotel ignored us until my booking was completed, then replied to Ctrip: no rescheduling, no refund. The hotel did it on purpose to miss out on the time to reschedule.
Based on my personal experience, I warn you kindly: Don't be fooled by the big brand and five-star rating! It's a total rip-off! A classic case of a large company abusing its customers. The price is exorbitant—3310 Sek/310 Euro/2310 RMB for two nights, equal to 1655 Sek/155 Euro/1265 RMB per night—with terrible service and an exceptionally exploitative attitude.

交通方便,环境整洁,在火车站楼上的,很安静,边上有很多美食店,周边旅游景点好多,去罗卡角世界著名景点也交通方便
入住地板就有头发,后面就都没有让每天来打扫了。
位置还是可以的,但是一侧是马路,另外一层是轨道,开窗都很吵,只能每天都关闭窗户。估计下次是不会回来住了

酒店和火车站融为一体,地理位置还是不错的,离老城区近、地铁站就在酒店楼下,酒店大堂很小,房间大小还可以、就是临近马路太吵了,每天早上都是吵醒
服务一流,无可挑剔。我没尝试餐厅的食物,不过菜单选择确实很少。房间很棒。空调效果出奇的好(不像很多欧洲酒店)。100%推荐!地理位置还行,但附近有共享滑板车/自行车、公交车、火车站和马车/嘟嘟车,出行很方便。
酒店的景观和地理位置总体来说都很棒,员工服务也很好。不过,房间虽然干净,但发现了蚂蚁,这让人有些遗憾。
