Overall the stay was great. The staff was Room had a dull odor. Recliner did not recline. Bottom of the shower handle was loose.

We found the hotel to be up to our standards in terms of cleanliness. What we found lacking was the front desk staff, who often failed to acknowledge our comings and goings, as they were frequently on their phones or chatting with other hotel staff.
Additionally, we booked a larger room with a separate bedroom, and upon entering the room, we found the AC turned off - on a 90-degree day. Attention to detail is everything.

It was the cleanest hotel. I’ve stayed in a long time. Also the most comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and suggested without asking the restaurant as well as other things in the surrounding area. I really appreciated that I will definitely stay here again.

Never stay at this hotel. They told me my deposit would be back within 24-72 hours and its been niw over 96 hours (4 days) with no deposit. No damage to the room (even the hotel said there was no incidentals). It also looked like poop smudged in the shower. The check in attendent was rude. The space is definitely smaller thannother Candlewoods too. Would not recommend.

Our carpet hadn't been vaccumed (food crumbs & trash), we called the desk & were told they would handle it immediately. It never happened. We cLled nack rhey next morning & got the run around. They would not replace our towels until we brought then the "dirty ones" , the restaurant hours are inconvenient & they don't serve breakfast. Not worth the $140 a night.

Beautiful hotel and rooms!!! Only complaint is elevator not working but I generally take stairs anyway so not really an issue except for luggage.
