This hotel has guests primarily due to its proximity to the exam centre across, else this is going to be empty all the time. It is a pathetic property with extremely poor service , dirty rooms, unkept common areas, broken fittings and fixtures ,a defunct restaurant with very basic menu but despite all these drawbacks they are operating worst than a baby sitting centre by disallowing outside food.C'mon guys,wake up and change with the times.Even 5 star properties donot have restrictions on outside food. Either have good inhouse food options,else let the guests freedom to choose their food. You are running a hotel not a creche !! The staff , especially the front desk,donot even converse in the local language which is definitely unacceptable.Moreover they have a serious attitude issue with arrogance and absolutely discourteous. This property can never be considered under a hospitality sector. Please donot plan a stay here.There are many far better options around even if they are a bit far.

Stayed at this hotel with family for one night during my Mysore trip. The hotel entrance was nice and clean and pretty well maintained. Rooms on the other hand were dirty, the linens provided in room were far from white, toilet seat was broken, the extra mattress rented was completely soiled. I have had such amazing experience in other treebo hotels, but this was by far my worst ever stay. I just wanted to wake up in the morning and get out of this place, we did not bother staying for breakfast. My 2 stars are only for the food we had in the restaurant. Food was tasty and unfortunately that was the only comfort during the stay. Please review the room conditions and do necessary renovation.

Well I had booked room for 2 days, when we came room was not ready despite we had informed earlier, no sanitizer, soaps were provided earlier until we asked, when we were going out we had told to clean room that also they didn't do, worst management, now coming to room, very old stinking bathroom, sink was cracked, shower was damaged, first day I didnt get hot water to bath also, Only ac worked perfectly. Too much negligence by management. Trebo is cheating customers by providing this kind of rooms.

The hotel's best part is near to the tourist places and but I did not like the room size which I stayed there were bigger room but the room which I Booked was small but staffs were super kind enough for them I am giving 5 on 5
