We had noise issues from day one, screaming kid next door, pounding from walking hard on room above us. No phone directory in room and front desk was busy all night. The window shade was broken in our room 311, yes I reported it on departure. Young kids were screaming and yelling past 10pm in the Pool and bright lights in pool area on all night.

We have stayed at this AmericInn many, many times and it remains our favorite in San Angelo. Outstanding and helpful front desk, CLEAN rooms, and a decent breakfast selection.
Great location to anything you might want in shopping and restaurant choices close by.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and rhey all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The grounds are kept very nice. We were only passing through so we didn't use the pool or the exercise equipment. It was a 5 star stay all the way up to the breakfast buffet. That is where they fell short. There was only wheat bread available for toast, there were no danish, oatmeal, bacon, bananas or orange juice, the small selection had powdered eggs, sausage, waffles, plain yogurt, and apples. The drink selection offered ice water and apple juice in pichers in the small fridge, coffee, and hot water for tea.

Looks new, so everything worked well and was very clean. Shower was awesome—large, great water temperature and flow. Small but nice pool area. Good breakfast. Easy to get to. Smooth check in and out.

The staff greeted us upon arrival. The rooms were clean and at a comfortable temperature. The front desk clerk let us know where all the amenities were and about breakfaat. The breakfast was very good and fresh. We will be back.
