The room was clean. I was able to check in early. The room was quiet until Thursday night when rude and inconsiderate guest slammed doors and ran up and down the hallway on the fourth floor until 11 PM. I had had enough and called the front desk not much they can do about people that don’t care about other people sleeping and need to get it up early next morning . Suggestion to hotel to put something on the bathtub flooring. It is very slick and with the soft water it’s dangerous. I put two bath towels down so I didn’t fall. Also clean the exterior in the back of the dumpster area. I was on the fourth floor and it was pretty bad . Overall this is my favorite place to stay when I come to visit when visiting Family.

Always an amazing stay here, its the best place in town.
Not pet friendly, so I didnt bring the dogs. Very clean place, bed is comfy, nice pool, stacked canteen room.

We had no hot water in our room. Lukewarm at best. They only clean every 3 days. So no fresh towels. Had to reuse. Not enough breakfast for guests both days. Had to go and get breakfast outside hotel. Rooms very nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

The hot tub and fitness center were great. The breakfast had a lot of good options. The rooms were clean. I would stay here again.

We had noise issues from day one, screaming kid next door, pounding from walking hard on room above us. No phone directory in room and front desk was busy all night. The window shade was broken in our room 311, yes I reported it on departure. Young kids were screaming and yelling past 10pm in the Pool and bright lights in pool area on all night.
