埃及赫尔格达一共前后住了三家酒店，都各有各的问题，不满意的程度有轻中重三种，但最不满意的是离机场近的这家pickalbatros white beach resort！这家主要是要赶早班机图方便订的，事实证明还是订远点比较好，选家全球连锁的酒店！

酒店离机场比较近，定的一价全包，给了一楼的房间。酒店有多个泳池，活动丰富，餐厅的菜每天也会换，早晨的鲜榨果汁很美味。适合在这里躺平休闲。

pickalbatros酒店是家连锁，在埃及看到的挺多，后来查了下他们主要就是在埃及和摩洛哥，应该属于当地品牌！
①首先进大堂就感觉不对了，闹哄哄，一大堆欧美人，办check in的时候前台什么都不给说，我预订的时候要求就是要双床房，我看他要拿房卡了，赶紧给他确认要双床房，又给我重新换了房，换的房后来发现也不是双床房，属于家庭房那种，有三张床，具体可看图6
②因为这家是全包酒店，本着不浪费的心态，我们晚上想去餐厅吃点饭，由于前台没告诉餐厅在哪里，导致我们又去前台询问，来来回回问，还有订车也是，办check in时候就说要预订车明早去机场，前台办理的不说清楚，又去前台问...餐食是自助也很难吃，问前台的时候也不说什么时候收餐，我们去的时候刚端完餐我看餐厅就收餐了，差点没赶上！
③房间也非常差！房间里那个小冰箱有很大的噪音，洗澡水也比较小，而房间的阳台面向泳池，但有意思的来了，每间房间的阳台是由玻璃隔着，如果我旁边的房间不拉窗帘，我站在阳台可以直接看到他们房间里，一点隐私都没有！具体可以看图5
④这都不算什么了，毕竟过渡酒店就是睡个觉，更不要说如果我不提帮我们准备早上的早点打包，估计酒店前台就当不知道了...
重点是他们歧视中国人！！！酒店门口的工作人员能感觉很明显的区别对待！因为我是一个人过去办入住的，另外一个人坐沙发等待，当时前台只给了一个手环，然后我们吃完饭想到酒店门口照几张照片，门口有些圣诞布置，重点来了！我们从同一个门出去拍照再回来，前后只有几分钟，门口工作人员问我们要手环? 跟我们一起进的一大帮欧美人就没要，请问什么道理? 实在太累想赶紧回去睡觉懒得跟他吵，埃及人真的太多欧美人的🐶!
这是一条很生气在酒店房间写下的评论！虽然只能睡4小时就要赶飞机✈️当然这家酒店的种种做法并不会影响到我游玩的心情，当他是空气，出来玩总会有这样那样的问题，歧视也是处处都有，我在意大利，印尼巴厘岛都有遇到过，并不影响我开心的玩，只是记录下发生的事情，并给后来人提供一些参考
酒店check out后续:
凌晨4点半办check out，酒店硬要让我写评价，还要求我所有项都写好评，真写不下去，我的内心过不去！然后走的时候，叫的酒店门口的taxi车，20美金，应该是跟酒店合作的公司，价格不便宜了，完全没有服务，司机迟到，过来的时候吊儿郎当，慢慢吞吞的，一点不担心赶不赶得上飞机，所有酒店我们都是酒店叫车，在埃及待了十几天，历经8，9家酒店吧，这家的叫车是最差的，没有之一！走的时候门口的工作人员也不帮我搬行李，我们有两个大箱子，就在旁边看着，真是一生黑！这家酒店差到我都没拍几张照片，完全没有心情，也没什么好拍的！埃及行酒店，体验，环境，服务，硬件设施，房间大小等等最满意的是沙姆沙伊赫四季，没有平替，开罗的米娜宫体验感都一般，服务比较一般
我和家人一起旅行，说实话，这家酒店超出了我的预期。你根本不需要离开酒店，因为这里有很多活动，而且全天都有。酒店员工都很热情，服务也超级棒。前台在我刚入住时就给我免费升级了房间，真是个惊喜。食物很棒，尤其是中东餐厅和印度餐厅。最后，如果你有三岁及以上的孩子，他们会玩得很开心的。
我们非常喜欢这家酒店。这是我们第一次来赫尔格达，选择住在这里真是个明智的决定。酒店既漂亮又干净，我们的房间面向游泳池，空调也很给力。唯一的缺点是浴室的水压有点小。我们在这里住了七天，期间尽情享受了酒店的所有设施。住在这家酒店你绝对不会饿肚子，😂他们有很多餐厅，食物选择也超多。我们肯定会再来的。

全包亲自酒店对一家人真的很友好，自有沙滩，自有码头，红海美的不可方物。服务效率很高，尤其是餐厅服务员，接待入住也是坐着，让人开心
我刚刚结束在赫尔格达白沙滩酒店的春节假期，忍不住想通过这封点评，分享我们一家在这里的美好体验。
首先，作为一家亲子属性极强的酒店，赫尔格达白沙滩酒店无疑是我们带孩子的家庭出游的理想选择。酒店拥有四个儿童游泳池，且全部配备了温水加热功能。尽管春节期间气温在15-24度之间，孩子们依然可以在温暖的泳池中尽情玩耍，这一点让我们感到非常贴心。
酒店的餐饮服务同样令人印象深刻。主餐厅有三个，彼此联通，我们可以随意走动选择喜欢的食物。靠近沙滩的餐厅更是方便，无需从餐厅走回房间，节省了不少时间。此外，酒店的WiFi非常稳定，无论是在房间还是公共区域，都能顺畅使用，这对于我们这些需要随时保持联系的游客来说，无疑是一大福音。
特别要表扬的是两位前台员工，Islam Farghaly和Osman。他们总是笑脸相迎，得知我们带了两个孩子后，不仅赠送了孩子的包餐，还询问是否再需要免费加床，服务周到细致。酒店的其他员工也都非常热情，主动与我们打招呼，让我们感受到了家的温暖。值得一提的是，在埃及其他地方，我们常常被追着要小费，但在白沙滩酒店，员工们从未主动索要小费，反而是我们因为服务太好，心甘情愿地给予。
此外，酒店还为孩子们准备了丰富的活动，出门还有一条漂亮的街道，打车非常方便，去机场只需十几分钟。海滩更是孩子们的天堂，水质清澈，走很远深度也只到胸口，非常适合小朋友玩耍，浮潜时还能看到小鱼，孩子们玩得非常开心。
总之，赫尔格达白沙滩酒店以其卓越的服务和设施，为我们一家带来了一个难忘的春节假期。我们强烈推荐这家酒店给所有带孩子的家庭，相信你们也会像我们一样，度过一个愉快的假期。

作为一个全包度假型酒店还是非常不错的，我们的房间阳台能望见红海，楼下一大片好几个泳池，儿童戏水池里滑滑梯之类的齐全，有全天开放的餐厅酒吧，也有定时开放的餐厅。这是家亲子度假村，对于我们来说就是孩子太多了，有点吵，但对于带孩子来度假的家庭来说是个不错的选择。
房间能看见海，服务员也挺热情。酒店自带海滩，亲子友好，附近有购物商店和餐饮店，去港口不远，6公里不到。Uber打车方便，餐食中规中矩。
非常不错！！酒店海滩很美，餐厅非常非常大几乎随时都可以用餐，食物种类也很多很丰富味道还不错，房间很大很干净，工作人员态度很热情友好完全没有歧视，晚上还有表演可以看也很不错，中国人很少，总之性价比挺高的，唯一的缺点是位置不在市中心去市中心需要打车
