If you want to stay in a quite place with a feel of surrounding mountains, it's a decent hotel. Food was ok, we stayed for 4 days with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast options were nice. Hospitality was also good, staff was nice.

Location - 3 out 5 (the hotel is around 20 minutes before dalhousie. Room - 1 out of 5 size is small. Cleanliness - rooms were clean but sofas are not specifically in the room we stayed for first do days of our stay. Washroom - very bad stinking smell because of which we have even got our room changed as that smell was coming in room also and was very strong. AC - 0 out of 5. They have centrally controlled air conditioned system which we cannot set from room and they expect guest to call reception for every setting changed required even during night so one person have to stay awake whole night for this task. Value for money - 0 out of 5.i have stayed in many hotels almost of the same worth but this hotel and comparing our earlier experiences this hotel is not worth more than 2000-2500 per night that too if you can compromise on Air conditioning front. Staff behaviour - Except Mr. Rathore from restaurant team no one from the staff is much cooperative and tries to suppress the requests by avoiding untill you don't call them twice or thrice. Experienced this in at least 4 cases in my 3 days stay. Request acceptance - no additional request will be entertained by any of staff members citing management reasons. My requests which didn't got entertained :

1) Tawa roti for kids (which any other till hotel till now has not turned down even in South India even on paid basis they replied that we have only tandoor) 2) Car cleaning on paid basis only from outside (they said our staff is busy, this also all the good hotels entertains) At last would not like to suggest this hotel to anyone else for booking as it can waste your precious vacation time which working working guys got very hardly. Money is always a secondary matter but quality time always matter.
