The room was not in sleeping and resting conditions. I checked in on June 3rd and checked right out. I explained to the receptionist that there was a lizard in the room and the bed sheets were soiled, there seemed to be mice poop in the pillows. I showed it to the receptionist and she said, it was roof dust but the whole room looked disgusting and dirty. There were open cracks in the room floor where more insects or rodents could get in the room. The AC wasn’t working properly either and not acceptable for Bacalar’s hot humid weather. I open a refund claim with ******* but my claim was denied. I never spent a night in that place and checked right out same day. Do not reserve this place, it will ruin your vacation.
