The bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring deep rest, while the room temperature is perfectly adjusted—an ideal contrast to the icy weather outside. Returning to such a warm, welcoming environment after a winter walk on the island was a genuine pleasure every single time. The true highlight of the hotel, however, is the staff. The quality of the service clearly reflects excellent training and highly attentive management. The receptionist greeted me with professionalism and warmth, offering precise guidance and making the arrival experience remarkably smooth. The bartender at the hotel’s private bar is both skilled and personable: he expertly guides guests in choosing cocktails and makes each visit enjoyable with insightful conversations and stories. At breakfast, the attention to detail is exemplary. The young woman with the ponytail and green blouse consistently delivered impeccable service—after asking for a cappuccino on the first morning, she remembered my preference and brought it to the table automatically, always accompanied by a genuine smile. The continental breakfast is another strong point. The variety, both sweet and savory, is extensive and truly satisfying—something I value greatly in hotels of this category. While the overall price is on the higher side, it is fully justified by the quality of the facilities and the outstanding professionalism of the staff, which elevates the entire experience. I did not have the chance to use the swimming pool located on the lower floor, but based on the level of the rest of the property, I am confident it upholds the same high standards. This was my third time visiting Juist, but my first stay at Hotel Atlantic. Had I known about it earlier, it would have been my choice from the very beginning. Should I return to the island in the future, there is no doubt—I would book here again without hesitation. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and small groups of friends. I also noticed several guests staying with their dogs, which is a welcome bonus for those traveling with pets. Truly an excellent experience in every respect.
