The room had a weird musty smell. Beds were clean. I wish the bathroom had a fan. The shower was kind of broken so we had to turn the knob a certain way. The couch in the living part of the studio was not dry and had a smell.

Ridiculous resort fee policy with credits I market and bar- just waive the resort fee or gives flat daily credit. No food available for lunch. Most staff was great but 1 guy at night who was on phone while customers were waiting- not friendly

Everything was good. But the breakfasts were monotonous, I would like a little more variety of food. Also, there are only two washing machines and two dryers, and since the humidity in the region is high, there is a need for washing and drying, so it would be good to have at least one more washing machine and dryer.

Needed to buy air freshener and additional blanket. Had to request twice for toilet paper. Breakfast buffet was horrible, leftover breads, poor and limited options.

Despite some flaws I think the hotel is very beautiful. The staff were super friendly. Just a few mins from the beach. Nice hot breakfast, Codos to the cook that made the omelettes 😍. Also thank you to the adorable, petite bar tender. I didn’t get her name but she always wore a bun and has brown hair. She was always super sweet and always helpful. Check in and out was simple. My only complaints was that the hallway had this wet rug type smell, and the dryer in the laundry room isn’t the greatest. Wish there was a 2nd laundry room or something because almost every time I wanted to use it, it was busy. And if left unattended someone can mess with your clothes. I had someone take my clothes out of the dryer to put theirs in and mine was still wet. But overall good hotel, would recommend.
