我和家人在 Waves Resort & Spa 度过了愉快的时光。酒店虽小，却给人一种温馨的感觉，我很喜欢。工作人员非常棒，总是热情友好。唯一的缺点是自助餐和晚餐的菜品选择有限。因此，我们最后在外面吃了几个晚上。房间里的浴室也需要翻新一下。最棒的是海景房，而且附近有很多高级餐厅。我一定会再来的。
工作人员总体来说还算友善，尤其是前台，但我在咖啡店的体验却非常令人失望。那里的员工经常粗鲁无礼，不通情达理。比如，我们被告知不能在公共甲板区吃冰淇淋，只能在面包房吃，但后来我们却看到其他客人拿着他们的面包随意走开。当我要求打包一些外带时（前台向我保证可以打包），面包房的工作人员含糊其辞地说没有外带容器，这让情况变得尴尬——我感觉自己像是在乞讨。
此外，我房间的露台漏水了。一根横梁上不断滴落小水滴，把地板弄得又湿又滑。我差点因此摔倒。
最后，漂流体验极其不安全，管理也很差。没有人清楚地解释会发生什么，也没有人告诉我正确的坐姿，结果我被从漂流管上甩到了海中央。漂流过程颠簸、颠簸，而且很疼。尽管我反复告诉操作员速度太快了，但他们还是无视了我的担忧，说速度不快。不幸的是，这是一次令人恐惧且痛苦的经历——我最终扭伤了脖子。工作人员迫切需要提供清晰的安全说明，并在客人表示不适时调整速度。这项活动一点也不愉快，让我浑身发抖。
食物真的很美味，尤其是在Dosa餐厅。但我本来以为24小时都有食物供应。
我最喜欢这家酒店的员工。酒店被一条主干道分割，车流量很大。两处房产之间有一条人行横道。司机们会尊重人行横道，遇到有人靠近时会停车。大部分活动都在酒店的海滩一侧举行，只需穿过马路走一小段路即可到达。酒店两侧都有不少楼梯。酒店修剪整齐，维护得非常漂亮。风景如画。
很棒的精品酒店
他们的住宿体验棒极了，绝对物超所值。美丽的海滩，距离更美的海滩也只有几分钟的路程。工作人员让一切都变得完美。我想感谢 Astrid、Jared、Michael、Kelvin、Angela，以及其他我可能漏掉名字的所有人。他们太棒了！
Waves 度假村 Seaside 餐厅的每位女服务员态度都极其恶劣。我妈妈 71 岁生日那天来这里，她却受到了极其恶劣的对待。他们拒绝唱生日快乐歌。食物上来得慢得要命。我们不得不乞求才能看到甜点菜单等等。再也不来了。
波浪度假村和水疗中心绝对是个宝藏！如果要我推荐的话，那就是午夜左右就停止服务了。没有酒吧，也没有食物。所以如果你喜欢晚点吃，一定要带零食。
员工友善。客户服务很棒。
他们记得你的名字。
房间海景美极了。
冰箱总是备货充足。健身房
24小时开放。餐食美味。
唯一的缺点是在海滩上被白蛉咬得很厉害。
我四月份来这里度蜜月。整个度假村和岛屿都很棒。工作人员非常友好热情，乐于助人。他们给了我们很棒的建议，并满足了我们的需求。
所有工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人。他们为我们的特殊场合提供了便利。食物对于度假村来说堪称顶级。景色优美。
