Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The hotel rooms are very spacious and have a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. This is my stay in this hotel and really loved the hotel services. The location of the hotel is close from all the tourist places. Food at the restaurant is really delicious and the hotel staff is very courteous.

Wonderful experience. The location is optimal to all points if for walking as well as for driving. Very apt parking space, prompt delivery if order and response to any request. The Hotel Manager Mr. Parveen Kumar and waiter Mr Vikas Kumar was of immense help always so prompt and quick in responding. The food is very original and homely, fresh. Very spacious and spotless clean room with very wide balcony (room 109) with nice view of the mountains and morning sun to baske as much as you want. Walkable distance to ******* market and main shopping centre, cable car, ******* monastery and waterfall. The service guy even recharged the tata sky fir us to see all channels. In three night stay, There was no single point to complain.

This is one of the best properties in Mcleodganj. I got the room with balcony and that made my stay mesmerizing . From the balcony can experience the view of the beautiful mountains... Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.. Breakfast here is delicious... Would love to visit here whenever I am in Mcleodganj bhagsunag. Thank you for the lovely hospitality.

Awesome stay. Cleanliness of rooms and bathroom were on point. Behaviour of staff was very polite and they were helpful in all possible ways. Breakfast was also too good. I totally loved my hotel experience.
