- swimming pool is just beside housing estate (road distance apart) so don't mind if you are not afraid to show your body- it comes with jacuzzi function plus can activate it by pressing a button at the other side of the pool but the length of the pool is only around 25 metres or less so is a little bit difficult to swim around but still acceptable for me- although the hotel room's toilet is too small to shower and the room itself is a bit too small but still ok for me because I am travelling by myselfI am not coming back to this hotel because I can find other hotels around Lavender area so really no hard feelings, thank you Hotel Nuve Urbane.
还不错，很干净，推开阳台门就是泳池，孩子很喜欢，大厅还有免费的小饼干，服务人员也很热心，整体来说很好
我喜欢的地方：
- 酒店很好，服务也很棒。
- 房间整体干净整洁，还提供零食、咖啡和饮料。
- 办理入住和退房都快速便捷。
- 房间里有吹风机、保险箱、洗浴用品、三条毛巾（两大一小）、坐浴盆、空调、冰箱和屋顶花园。
我不喜欢的地方：
- 酒店位置对我来说离劳明达地铁站太远了（因为我两个月前左脚肿了，所以需要走15到30分钟）。
- 需要支付100新元的可退还押金，可以选择现金（退房后返还）或信用卡（大约2到5周返还）。
- 楼下的酒店有点吵，房间隔音效果不好。
- 房间和卫生间都略显狭小。
- 游泳池深度只有1米，泳池区没有卫生间，也没有额外的毛巾。
- 房间里没有椅子，桌子太小了，而且只有四个衣架。
我可能不会再选择这家酒店了，因为在劳明达区域我可以找到其他酒店，所以没什么遗憾的。

因为是海外住宿，我很担心卫生问题，但完全没有问题。住了两天，中间也打扫得很干净。
毛巾、水和零食都重新补齐了。
热水来得很快，水压也很足，这点很好。
我要求高楼层、无烟房和靠近泳池的房间，这些都满足了，打开门就能直接看到泳池。我们在酒店待的时间不长，而且泳池有固定的开放时间，所以并没有很吵。
所有工作人员都非常友好，虽然我们不太会说英语，但他们还是非常耐心地多次为我们提供帮助和指引。
位置超赞，离地铁站和购物中心很近，步行就能到滨海湾。员工很热情，但房间和照片不太一样，窗户也太小了。最让人失望的是屋顶泳池的开放时间，住了两晚都没游成，每天晚上七点到十点才开。
我们预订了两间房，其中一间还算过得去，尽管以这个价格来说空间小得可怜。但另一间房简直是场灾难。房间里有异味，房门也关不严。感觉就像是以前的储藏室一样。
清洁度 5/5 - 房间非常干净。
位置 4/5 - 位置不错，但走到最近的地铁站有点远。
服务 5/5 - 员工非常友好，甚至免费升级了我们的房间。
设施 5/5 - 入住包含洗发水和沐浴露等基本用品，还有牙刷和免费迷你吧小吃。房间里还有冰箱，里面有免费饮品。
这个酒店隔音超级无敌烂，凌晨三点多已经熟睡了，隔壁房的才回来开房间之后又再阳台一直说话直接被吵醒，超级生气，半夜了还不能好好睡觉，房间和泳池和照片看的完全有差，泳池超级小又脏脏
房间挺好的，前台也很专业。不过浴室瓷砖有点灰尘，而且我一个人住，给我的房间比预想的要小。
房间虽小但够用。别选一楼的房间，因为会非常吵。
平均一天人民币800多，因为是旅游淡季。
楼下吃饭特别方便，晚上凌晨2点多也可以吃到夜宵，酒店楼下就是酒吧，还有小食，晚上去坐坐喝一杯，很不错，啤酒差不多12新币一杯
房间不大，毕竟是经济实用型，挺干净，带个小阳台
