Staff was so warm and friendly! Location was perfect to enjoy shopping, dining, and all the wonderful amenities Naperville has to offer!
Only downside is the non-private bathroom door.

Quick and easy check in and checkout. Lovely walk down the Riverwalk then dinner at a wonderful steakhouse a couple blocks away. Perfect staycation!

Everything was great. It started with the help of Edwin at the front desk. He was very accommdating and friendly.
The bed was comfortable and the rooms are nice. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the way out. Good food.

We got to are room unpacked, everything.Then, we went out for a little bit.Then, when we came back to our hotel room, there was water.Everywhere, in our bathroom, they had to send maintenance to clean it all up.And then after that, they gave us a new room after that everything was great we would stay there again

We loved our stay. Staff was wonderful. The only thing I’d recommend to improve is sharing more information about the restaurant hours and possible room service. There wasn’t anything posted or listed in my room and the only information I saw was on a handwritten chalkboard.
