We do hold quite a few guests luggage for them since some have later flights and I hope we at least offered that to you. I am not sure why the internet wouldn't work on your Iphone. I have not had any other complaints about the air freshener system we use in the lobby, but I will have it checked to ensure it is not putting out too much product. Spacious clean room, great valet service and friendly staff. Bar area needed to stay open longer but closed early each night around 8 and didnt have shampoo refilled in shower throughout stay.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms clean. Breakfast had a very good variety and everything was hot and fresh.
The proximity to shopping and dining was excellent.

I booked the trip for me and my husband to go visit our son at college. I wasn't able to go because I was sick, so my husband went solo. When we got to the hotel to check in, they wouldn't let him check in because I wasn't there. He reqested a manager. He gave my name, date of birth, email, phone number and the cc I used to book the room - but still they wouldn't let him check into the room. Needless to say my husband was furious. It was midnight and he had nowhere to go! Terrible service!

Unfortunately, since your husband’s name was not listed on the reservation, we were unable to allow check-in for security and fraud prevention reasons.Our front desk staff made several attempts to assist by advising your husband to contact the third-party booking source so the reservation holder (yourself) could authorize changes or add him to the booking. However, those suggestions were declined, and without authorization, we could not proceed.We sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused, but our actions were in line with both hotel policy and standard security practices to protect our guests.
