我的入住体验并不愉快。看了其他人的评论，这算是个例外。事情始于入住流程。我的预订信息费了好几次（在电脑上查找）。终于到了房间，我得去趟卫生间。这时，一位男士（维修工）开始走进我的房间。幸好我及时阻止了他。我既生气又尴尬，立刻去了前台。回想起来，我本应该换一种方式处理，但没想到竟然会发生这种事，真是让我大吃一惊。最终我和经理谈了谈。他很不耐烦，态度傲慢，而且很不专业。我们来镇上看棒球比赛，我迟到了，所以没待在那儿。是的，最后，经理发短信让我回来时在前台待一会儿。我办完事就没再去了。总而言之，这是一家靠近购物中心和餐厅的漂亮酒店。

There was not much too like. EXTREMELY NOISY spent two nights with people trying to jump through the ceiling. When we called the front desk and complained they stated they had already talked to the party above us and mentioned they were having a birthday party and that there was nothing more that they could do about it. I believe there was only 1 staff person on duty as earlier I had stopped by the front desk and another customer said that the staff person just went up to the second floor for another issue. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and one of the window shades were broken and would not go up and down. Parking seemed to be a problem on Saturday as the lot was very full of cars. Along the roadway and parking area's they have huge potholes. It did not appear that a lot of effort was put into maintenance of this facility and surrounding area's. The entrance to the swimming pool was not working and you had to have staff come to the pool to gain entrance.

We would stay again

We came for an annual family trip. The room was clean and spacious. Property was in a great location and breakfast was great. My kids loved the pool (it was a little chilly) and hot tub. We would stay here again.

Duluth family weekend

We were a family of ten with three rooms for three nights. Was very expensive to say the least with not even being in Canal Park. Would have been double the cost. The guy who was working the desk all three days (blonde hair...don't know his name) was the best!! He was kind, helpful, always busy. The breakfast was decent. Fresher fruit would have been nice. The bananas were ripe enough for banana bread! The pool was decent but people do not read the signs nor do they supervise their kids if a parent or adult is even present. Kids diving, doing flips, purposely splashing others sitting near the pool. Very disrespectful kids (baseball team) to adults in the pool area...no parent present.

Nice, clean hotel. I asked for late check out (1 hour), was told twice to call in morning after 8am which I couldn’t do due to online meeting. Staff should have made a decision when I asked
