我的入住体验并不愉快。看了其他人的评论，这算是个例外。事情始于入住流程。我的预订信息费了好几次（在电脑上查找）。终于到了房间，我得去趟卫生间。这时，一位男士（维修工）开始走进我的房间。幸好我及时阻止了他。我既生气又尴尬，立刻去了前台。回想起来，我本应该换一种方式处理，但没想到竟然会发生这种事，真是让我大吃一惊。最终我和经理谈了谈。他很不耐烦，态度傲慢，而且很不专业。我们来镇上看棒球比赛，我迟到了，所以没待在那儿。是的，最后，经理发短信让我回来时在前台待一会儿。我办完事就没再去了。总而言之，这是一家靠近购物中心和餐厅的漂亮酒店。

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn for one night in November on our way to Minneapolis. The check in staff were very friendly! Our room was spotless and our king bed was super comfortable.

Continental breakfast was top notch with plenty of options to choose from.

The one con is having to be charged $50 for incidentals/if we trash the room… on top of the $185 we are already paying for one night. Now I have to trust you will pay me that back when our room is clean and well kept…

Otherwise the room was great, it is updated, clean, and I really like all the showering, washing hands and lotion/soaps are bottled up and hung in the bathroom.

The two desk people I encountered were super nice, great customer service and smiling.

Breakfast was the best I have had in a long time at a hotel!

The room was clean, although one if the top blankets on one queen bed had something on it, not a stain, it was definitely dirty. I didn't notice until i went to pack, but those should be cleaned each time too. Everything else was good, excellent breakfast and I want to give a shout out to Brandon at the front desk, he was very helpful in giving us some great places to visit to make our trip even more memorable. His kindness and hospitality we're exceptional, thanks Brandon!

Staff was very friendly and informative. They had a wonderful breakfast in the morning and the room was clean and spacious. It was also very quiet which was wonderful for sleeping.

Aside from a few items/areas in the bathroom that were overlooked. I did not inform the front desk. We just needed to get to bed. Breakfast & staff were wonderful. Kuddos to everyone!
