房间温馨而舒适，商务出行可以得到很好休息。早餐不错，样品丰富食材也新鲜，周边吃饭地方很多，注意经常爆满、需提前预定
位置在市中心，属于不太安全的区域，不过去周边景点比较近。房间设施非常普通，淋浴热水极不稳定，忽冷忽热，第一条发现喷头是坏的，同时人员修复后又发出奇怪的声音。早餐算丰富，但没有变化，三天早上都差不多。
酒店很豪华，但设施有些老旧。泳池水质不佳，有漂浮物，也没人清理。泳池边没有图片上显示的躺椅。前台工作人员倒是笑容满面，服务很好。
就在市中心，有shuttle bus到waterfront，需要提前预定。酒店房间高楼层可以看到桌山，还不错。早餐一般，印度旅游团比较多， 早餐高峰期人很多的。

我和朋友订了双床房。房间有点小，但除此之外其他都很完美。
酒店位置很好，就在市中心。设施很现代化，员工也很友善，只有一个前台人员例外，他被问到一些简单问题时，总给人一种不耐烦的感觉。
房间比较宽敞，就是因为展会期间标间没了店家也不明说
住在这家酒店让我感觉很不安全。有人翻了我的行李，偷了钱。酒店对此完全没有处理。我真的觉得不安全，这是一次非常糟糕的经历。
孩子去开普敦开会的，会务中心指定的几个酒店，孩子选择了铂尔曼，他说是国际连锁的，又靠近开会的地方，就他了，订了两个房间，都说挺好的
