Beds were very comfortable! Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean. Did not like the 21$ a day parking and breakfast did not have much to choose from but did enjoy our stay!

I got an accessible room which I didn’t want. The floor in the bathroom got wet from the shower. I almost slipped and fell. The USB charger bedside didn’t work. I was surprised by the $21 parking fee.

Even though it’s on the website, validating parking would be amazing. The extra $21 is a bit steep. The noise facing the street is beyond ridiculous. The front desk admitted to it being a bad problem and no one knows how to fix it. That they asked the city for a noise ordinance but have heard nothing.

Unfortunately, we are at the disposal of the city to police these offenders. Our front desk reports all noise complaints directly to CPD and Noise Ordinance for all complaints received.

Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well.

我们入住 3 晚，客房服务人员来过一次，为我们提供了干净的毛巾，并清空了一次废纸篓。
前台没有正确授权我们的车库标签，直到第二天女夜班经理修好它。我们来参加婚礼，入住时没有拿到印有婚礼信息的婚礼礼品袋。我们第二天问了，却找不到。新娘不得不制作新的袋子，我们在第二天晚上拿到了。
淋浴水压很弱。
办理入住手续非常顺利，因为我 18 岁，而正常要求是 21 岁。前台在我们需要询问任何问题时都很乐于助人。房间非常干净，正是因为这个原因，我喜欢万豪酒店。早餐很棒，很美味。
