Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee each morning was delicious, music on Saturday night with a campfire was a nice surprise. Met sweet people staying at the hotel and would definitely come back.

Bathroom tile and sink was gross - dirty grout and the windows casting light into the bedroom area woke up my partner. Needs a renovation to block the light.

Very disappointing stay. The unit had a strong chemical smell and was not properly cleaned — we even found hair in our bed. The “bedroom” upstairs was tiny, dangerously steep stairs led up to it, and it had no air circulation, making it unbearably hot even in cold weather. The bathroom smelled bad, with a cracked and stained sink. No screens on windows or doors meant insects came inside whenever we tried to vent the smell. Calls after booking went unanswered. Overall, a very poor experience, especially for the price paid.

The stay was great the staff was very friendly and the place itself was beautiful the only thing I would of changed was the entrance and exit to get in and out and the parking lot but other than that it was extremely enjoyable

酒店位置不在普莱西德湖镇中心。房间很不干净（床下有灰尘和垃圾）。我们下午四点到达时，前台没人。一点冰都没有。游泳池“无法使用”，他们说是因为没有通过检查。这个破旧小屋的价格太高了。不推荐。
非常棒的入住体验。绝对推荐这家普莱西德湖的住宿。
很棒的地方！不同建筑/场所的布局让人感觉舒适温暖。晚上有户外壁炉，厨师可以烧烤，还有吊床等等。房间设计精美（两个封闭的房间），一切都与照片和预期相符。员工友好。泳池干净整洁，交通便利。步行10-15分钟即可到达主街。唯一的遗憾是：自行车和桑拿房有故障。如果自行车和桑拿房不符合您的标准：我们110%推荐。谢谢东风酒店。
