The hotel is very beautiful and nice. In my opinion, this is the best looking resort/best architecture in Bermuda. The pools are beautiful, the furniture and styling is modern, high quality and nice. Also, our room felt very private which was super nice, no one could see us and the balcony was private.
Few downsides:
1. Our room was clean but there was a stain on the ceiling of the bathroom + the drawer of the vanity was broken
2. Wifi didn't work at the pool by the beach and cell didn't really have signal.
3. Not much to do around the resort, only 1 restaurant.
4. The heated pool wasn't super hot and the pool by the beach uses the sea water and it not heated, so a bit cold in November.
5. There was supposed to be a yoga class that we wanted to attend, but they decided to cancel it without telling us.

Leaking refrigerator in the room left puddles. Notified front dress. Workman came and promised to replace it, but never returned. Frig kept leaking. Finally replaced after 2nd day. Also, we had the ONLY patio, out of many dozens, without a lounge chair. Again, front desk acknowledged but did nothing. We got a small credit at end of stay against food in dining room. Modest breakfast for 2 came to $100 with tip, so credit didn’t go far.

Amazing stay at the Azura. Ocean front suite where the only sound is waves crashing, a beautifully kept resort with friendly and helpful staff. It’s our second stay here and it won’t be our last.

工作人员非常友好,乐于助人。房间非常棒,视野开阔,还配有按摩浴缸。感觉就像住在公寓里一样,厨房设施齐全,一应俱全。酒店很新,干净整洁,很有现代感。所有泳池都能欣赏到美景。这绝对是一家豪华酒店。
醒来后可以看到美丽的海景,坐在阳台上欣赏美景。
