When I checked in the young lady working on the evening of 10/10/25 was on the phone with someone in a foreign language. She never said “hi”, she just grabbed my ID and credit card and kept talking to her friend. She gave me my room card and only said my room number and the directions to the elevator. It was unwelcoming and rude. When I got to the room the window had been left open in 25 degree weather. It was freezing and the window was off track. It took me 5 minutes to close it. The room had some nasty elements that were over looked by the cleaning staff. The lotion bottle was overrunning with layers of old lotion and had dripped onto the floor. There overall experience was not good. Terrible

Parking lot was well lit and area seems safe. I could see people with pets even though it said no pets in the booking. Not sure if it was room dependent.
Room was decent enough however it leaked when it rained hard over night. And the beds were very hard. In a pinch id stay again since everything was close by if i needed anything.

Breakfast was not as described very few options and not stocked. Rooms and halls were dirty and smelled like cigarettes and **** smoke.

Good location for our travels. Poor breakfast. Sour milk (replaced), no bread for toasting. No sausage or bacon (not a fan of biscuits & gravy). Some - but not many- mini donuts & muffins. Cranberry juice was empty.

根据名字和照片预订的，但公共区域却破败不堪，令人震惊。房间六月份开着“暖气”，即使开了空调，房间也始终没有降温到我喜欢的程度。高速公路的交通噪音很大。我们住的第一个房间的马桶不能冲水。虽然换了房间，但前台服务员似乎很生气，而且毫无歉意。酒店附近有几家餐厅和购物中心。不会再住了。
抵达时（凌晨 2 点），我被收取了 25 美元的迟到费，具体金额取决于我的预订时间。我试图向前台寻求合理的解释，但他无法让我满意，因为当时已经很晚了，而且我也很累，所以只能把这笔费用加到高昂的门市价里。（代顿火腿节的需求量很大）
除此之外，场地安全、干净、舒适。外面有人闲逛聊天。大型卡车的停车位不太好，但如果我早点到的话，应该会有更好的选择。
优点：舒适的特大床；房间配有咖啡机、微波炉和冰箱，早餐区提供丰富的早餐选择。
缺点：酒店维护不佳；我们入住期间，唯一的电梯坏了，因此我们不得不走室外楼梯才能往返于三楼的房间；我们退房时前台没有人。
我睡觉的时候，蚂蚁在我身上和柜台上爬来爬去。我没法睡另一张床，因为那张床上也有蚂蚁。我根本睡不着，花了好几个小时才把蚂蚁从头发里弄出来。
