Bathroom not cleaned and they didn’t do anything about it. Shower had mold all in it along the edge.

The staff were friendly, but the mattresses were very worn out to the point of being sunken in. Made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

The hotel and staff were amazing. Ocean front view is simply breathtaking. This is the only place I’ll stay in Myrtle Beach.
5 stars all the way.
Natalia at the front desk gave incredible customer service. Overall, everyone and everything was incredible.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. We spent hours just sitting, talking, having coffee and loving the the ocean sounds and view.

I like that the place was clean n looked great n the room was clean n was not smelly. We had a nice time even with some of the problems that we had with checking in and checking out.

It was wonderful being right on the beach. Listening to the waves, a beautiful sunrise view over the ocean, from the balcony. Such easy access from the room to the beach and pools. Loading / unloading and parking was very organized and convenient.

我们万怡酒店住得很愉快。酒店非常干净，就在海滩边，孩子们也很喜欢泳池！下次我希望能住到提供免费早餐的地方。
地理位置优越，就在海边。可以和邻近的酒店一起畅游泳池。可惜的是，泳池规则不太严格，尤其是关于饮酒等方面的规定。除此之外，这里绝对是一流的。
那些非住户进入的泳池，简直就是一场灾难。泳池无人管控，谁想进去就进去。
