The greeting when checking in was very disappointing. She wasn’t friendly at all when we asked questions. Room wasn’t what we hoped for, bathroom at foot of bed. Bed was hard. Asked if they could do something to make it more comfortable they did move in a new mattress didn’t remake it. We return to room for the evening with all of the bedding in floor. So the young ladies working the front desk did everything they possible could to make it right. So we had to move to a new room. Which was better. When checking out all they asked can we email you receipt. Not how was your stay or thank you for staying with us. NOTHING! Parking was $65 no where did it say we would be charged that. You park yourself. We’ve stayed at this location for years but will not anymore. Where it was supposed to be a relaxing few days it was a very disappointing stay. Very clean! Again the two young ladies that evening was very nice and was very helpful. I got there names but will not add them to this review.

I had a great stay at this hotel, earning a solid 5-star rating. The rooms were clean and quiet, with fantastic ocean views made even better by the small balcony. The breakfast was typical hotel fare, decent but not fancy. I appreciated the two bars and the gym, which offers treadmills facing the ocean. Self parking was easy and across the street, with option to load/unload at hotel door. My only downside was the lobby staff, who could have been friendlier, but the check-in process was smooth. Highly recommended!

beach view was fine. staff was nice. breakfast was disappointing same 3 hot selections all week. bath towels we more like dish towels, poor design of rooms, no draw storage, cabinet only barely enough for 2 people, when the room can accomodate 4.

It was so sad having to leave this beautiful hotel. Everything was great. Can't wait to have another long weekend so we can stay in this wonderful place again

位置很好，算是中心吧，反正去哪都是10分钟。就在海滩边，出门就是沙滩。有室内有室外游泳池，热水池。设施很新。早餐不错了，对于三星级酒店而言，良心。所有房间都是朝海的。
房间景色不错，虽然现在不是进行海滩活动的最佳季节。
房间宽敞干净，配备两台电视，每位客人都可以在床边观看。
强烈推荐给夏季游客。
我住的房间带阳台，能看到海景。房间很大也很干净。但我不太喜欢员工的态度。前台冷漠无情，甚至有些轻蔑。
这家酒店确实兑现了广告承诺。问题是，你说的那些东西全都不是真的：免费停车，其实根本不免费。VIP 通道，他们自己都不承认。跟*******做转售的经历太糟糕了。
