Nightmare at Super 8 by Wyndham

Room was terribly unclean. When walking on floor the bottom of feet turned black. Cockroaches were prevalent. Dirt and debris were left behind the toilet. Dirt and food scraps were under the rolling fridge where I killed one of the roaches. There were no blankets, no hand soap or any other toiletries like shampoo. The building both inside and out was in terrible condition. I would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Wyndham should be ashamed to allow such a place to carry its name.

Prepaid for a room. My husband arrived around 11:45pm after traveling all day. The night bell was missing and the door was locked. We chose this place because the listing said there was no end time for check in and we knew he would be late. After knocking on the window for 15 min. I called the hotel 3 times and no answer. I contacted ******* who also attempted to contact the hotel with no luck. My husband had no choice but to fund another place for the night. He said the place looked very run down. Hopefully we get our money back.

Waited outside for nearly an hour as lobby was closed and no one was at the desk. There was a night window with a note to ring the bell for service but the bell was broken. Finally got in through a side door that was unlocked to get to the lobby but did not see anyone in the hotel. Spoke to customer service and they called the property multiple times but received no answer. Finally decided to book another property down the road and just as we were leaving someone from the staff came out.

You Get What You Pay For

This was the worst motel I've stayed in maybe forever. There's trash everywhere outside, and inside is really run down. The room was ok, though the beds looked like someone had been just sleeping in them. There were no blankets, just a sheet and cover. We had to turn the heat up to stay warm. They allow pets which I appreciate, but the guy said $15 extra then charged my card $20. It's the cheapest place around and this is why.

We were lucky to get into the motel. The desk clerk happened to be at the front desk. The bell to call for night service had been removed. He ignored me at the night window at only by knocking loudly at the window was I able to get his attention. The room had no phone, minimal lighting and no coffee station. For a party of four there were only two hand towels It looked as if nothing had been swept or dusted in the motel in a while although our room was clean. The next day, daylight revealed a property strewn with litter. We stayed here because we couldn't get to our destination in one day. The cleanliness of the room met our needs so this is a place to get in and get out.

Horribly gross! Should be condemned.

This room was so awful. The vanity sink in the bathroom was removed and installed by the front door outside of the bathroom. Inside the bathroom, the pipes were sticking out from the wall and there were holes. The shower curtain was moldy. The comforter had cigarette burns, the artwork was horrible, the side chair next to the bed was disgusting. At one point I wanted to call the front desk because the car alarm outside my window was going off, so I picked up the phone and discovered that it was nonfunctional and didn’t even have a cord attaching the handset. I don’t even know why it was on the nightstand. Also, the television hanging on the wall was non-functioning, but I had two remotes, neither worked. Everything was dirty, and aged, and outside parking lot was also disgusting. There’s trash everywhere outside of the rooms which I assume were permanent rentals.
