They double charged us over $3K on our credit card for this event. Then they admitted it was double charged, and yet refuse to reverse the charge or issue a refund. It was their mistake, but they told us to take it up with our credit card company. Very scammy and unprofessional.

Room was spacious and clean, but property in general seemed to need a refresh. Convenient to FNT. Restaurants close by. Did not take advantage of free breakfast because we had to catch flight.

Absolutely awesome great staff breakfast was very delicious everyone there made us feel at home !!! Will be staying here more often. My daughter is a student at Kettering University we will be back at least every 3 months

Hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff were very courteous and professional. The grounds were beautiful. The front desk/libby was very warm and inviting . Will definitely be visiting again!

The room and bed was great. My only complaint was the air conditioner blower loud and running non stop. Tried adjusting the temperature but that made no difference. I would have informed the front desk when leaving but no one was available.

I booked this hotel with Airbnb. The hotel owner puts those out. I paid in full through Airbnb for 2 nights, it was $272.76. Once you get to the hotel they tell you there is a refundable deposit, that went through for $241.98. That's an outrageous deposit amount but I already drove half the day to get there and I was assured it was refundable. It was never refunded. I called the hotel and they never responded. I messaged the owner/host and they never replied. I had to open a claim with my bank. Absolutely not worth the hassle, avoiding responding at all makes it seem intentional and like a scam. Be aware. Going into the hotel there were two people behind the counter, one was assisting another customer and the other one was doing something on the computer. It was around dinnertime. We were next in line and waited for 47 minutes before we were called to the counter to be able to check in. Then we were told, "oh it's the Airbnb... You'll have to wait" and we were ushered us to the side while they took the next person in line. We waited another half hour. Finally, we were able to check in. We had a bottom floor room which meant people camping in their cars feet away from the outside of your window all day and night facing you. I understand that they can't control others, but the blackout curtains don't reach the corners so headlights will be shining off the walls all night. There is no microwave in the room either. Because of the extremely long check-in, all the credit issues, no communication after the stay in correcting the credit issues, and overall it was just a basic hotel... I would never recommend this place or stay here again.

I recently had a reservation scheduled for 6/27 through 6/29. I got a confirmation email stating that to avoid a room charge, you have to cancel before 6/26 by 3 pm. I called several times during the day leading up to the reservation. On 6/26 finally got a hold of someone at 3:05 PM and was told I would be charged for a 1-day fee because I did not cancel before 3 PM. This company is aware that they have no one working front desk, and no way to cancel online on the website. The front desk told me I needed to cancel 24 hours in advance, which I did on 6/26! This hotel is a scam, and if they are not transparent at this stage, I would be very leery of booking with them, period!
