酒店建筑和大厅都很气派，房间很大配置齐全，有个大阳台可以看到城景和部分海景，卫生间有浴缸和淋雨头，但是淋浴头在下面是手持的没有挂钩，美中不足的是附近在施工，楼下就能看到工地。
第一次入住该酒店，我们一行三人，感觉环境非常好，干净整洁，员工友好且热情，特别是特里莎，中文很好，待人和善，对我们而言，带去很多方便，出差入住，非常满意，下次还会入住。感谢酒店的服务！
订的是一卧室行政双床房，这个酒店很大，房间很多，我入住的时候是春节，酒店几乎没有人，整层就我一户，房间设施齐全，冰箱，微波炉，洗衣机。电视机有2台。酒店楼下有免费自行车可以租，可以去沙滩。酒店缺点：周边比较荒凉
总的来说，我们挺喜欢这家酒店的，尽管我们不太喜欢住那种人多又楼层高的建筑。但这次旅行，对我们来说，最重要的（虽然不是唯一的，但也占很大比重）是能有洗衣机。☺️
总之，基于多种原因，我们选择了 Citadines Marina。
房间很棒：宽敞、干净、舒适，各种生活用品一应俱全，连餐具都有。还有一个带绝佳视野的大阳台。但是！这里有一个对吸烟者来说很重要的信息：酒店全面禁烟。房间里不能抽烟，这我理解。但就连这个带绝佳视野的大阳台也不能抽烟！🤷♀️ 所以我们不得不从18楼下到街上（因为良心不允许我们违反规定）。
餐饮方面无可挑剔——自助餐选择丰富。当然，人多的时候会比较吵。
海滩步行三分钟即可到达。不过，目前还很难称之为真正的海滩，因为周围和海岸线上都有很多施工项目。而清澈透明的海水，还是不要在下龙湾寻找了。
我们甚至没去泳池游泳，因为它太小了，而且总是挤满了人。很奇怪，对于这么大的酒店，竟然没有配备相应大小的泳池。虽然30楼还有一个泳池，但它是室内的，而且也很小。
总结一下：从硬件设施上看，酒店非常好。但从氛围和感觉上，我们总觉得有点不搭。不过，无论如何，这都是个人喜好问题。🙂
一次不太好的体验。酒店人满为患，电梯很慢，服务也相当差。我订了4个房间，同时办理入住，结果工作人员忘记注册其中一个房间的房卡，导致我们等了半个小时（等电梯，想联系前台，但酒店没有电话簿，找到正确的电话号码后又没人接听），才得以进入房间。入住时没有收到任何房间物品清单，我们直到退房时才知道有两个手帕，这又让我们多花了45分钟和8.6万越南盾。对于一家五星级酒店来说，这相当令人失望。
酒店整体环境不错，就是房间的床居然只有0.9米宽，睡觉的时候好几次差点翻下去。酒店处于比较封闭的环境，周围啥也没有，出门的打车。早餐还不错。
风景绝佳，房间舒适：预订的湾景房视野无敌，清晨和日落时分美得令人屏息。房间很新，装修是简约时尚风格，床品和卫浴设施（干湿分离）品质很好，维护得相当干净。
员工专业友善：前台和礼宾部的员工英语流利，沟通顺畅。入住时主动帮忙提行李，询问需求时也很有耐心。客房服务响应速度快。
休闲设施加分：顶楼的泳池是亮点，人不多，拍照和放松都很惬意。健身房设备齐全
早餐丰富：餐厅环境好，早餐选择较多，既有西式面包冷盘，
刚抵达酒店，就能感受到五星级酒店的氛围，工作人员在门口和前台都非常热情周到。所有遇到的员工都能说英语，沟通起来非常顺畅。我们在这里住了五天，早餐很棒，自助餐规模适中，但无论是西式还是东方选择，都能满足基本需求。房间很干净，不过有些地方可能需要再多注意一下。空调是有的，也能正常工作，虽然温度一直固定在21度。酒店的餐厅菜品不错，做得很好，鸡尾酒也还行。我很喜欢游泳池和健身房，虽然不算很大，但都很干净、设施齐全、运转良好。虽然离热闹的市中心有点远（好处是安静，但出行稍微有些不便），我还是很推荐这家酒店。
酒店应该有日本股份，很喜欢找理由道歉，从最开始的文化差异，到后面语言不通，最后承认是酒店问题，我在越南生活了3个月，去了几个城市，是不是这种文化我不清楚吗？最后出来一个所谓的领导开局就是翻译说自己深表歉意，然后没有后一步动作。更可笑的是提出可以延迟到3点退房来作为赔偿。事情发生18个小时都没有一个合理解释，所谓的几个经理也只会道歉。
那请问需要袋子，提供黑色垃圾袋是你们酒店特色吗，客人需要知道服务人员名字，工作人员故意遮挡也要付费吗？出了事情只会糊弄，先找理由说文化不通，后面又说因为语言不通。我后面都没有再提及需要付费洗衣的事情，只有你们酒店一直在强调这个
