I usually am not someone who complaints at all, but I was definitely disappointed with bloom high tech city Hyderabad stay as I liked my previous stay in bloom Delhi. What happened? 1. The check in was a hassle - I was given a wrong room number key - took a while to figure out as the cards and the actual keys were not numbered right. 2. hot water issues- comes for a few minutes and reverts back to cold or normal despite hot water settings. 3. Asked twice to send towels and brush and paste and I never got them, and the hotel / cafe do not respond beyond 10- the phone rings no one picks. Pros - the rooms are obviously great and clean for the pricing that's the reason I like Bloom brand. Bottomline: Had expectations but was disappointed.

Basic Hot Water for bathing this place cannot provide. You have to waste 5 to 6 buckets of water every time to get even lukewarm hot water. Staff are courteous and hotel is neat. Breakfast is below average. They are always short of hand towels and floor mats.

Unfortunately, we’ve encountered significant difficulties while trying to reach the hotel to update our booking. During our calls, one staff member was unhelpful and disconnected the call when we requested his name. This experience has been quite disappointing and does not reflect the level of service we expect. As a travel agency, effective communication is crucial, especially in emergencies. Really liked the rooms in Bloom Hotel, staff was very friendly and what I admired the most was their web chat platform which was very handy for any small issue and hotel staff responded very promptly. They have on demand dental and shaving kits also available, overall loved the stay and would recommend anyone visiting the nearby area to try it out.

Not so good experience They'll always have electricity problem, ac problem (unless you don't complain 3/4times they'll not switch the main switch on for cooling), no early check in which is ohk but cutting of power when customers are in deep sleep at 3am or 6am to full of an hr is not ohk there no ventilation also in the room and they want you to understand. We don't pay to understand your problem. Pathetic experience.

Good place to stay. Staff are very kind n helpful. I stayed with my infant and worried on how to cook baby food ,staffs helped to prepare baby foods in there kitchen. Food is also good. Good hotel to stay with family and located in Hitech City easy access to many IT companies

这是我住过的最差的连锁酒店之一……服务和态度都差劲透顶。他们连最基本的待客之道都没有。正常的入住时间是下午2点，我们3点到的时候房间还没准备好。我们又等了45分钟才拿到房间。而且没有水。第二天下午2点房间也没打扫。晚上10点，我们被安排到了一个更低档的房间。
晚上办理入住时，Akhil bandari 的热情款待非常周到......办理入住非常迅速，所有需要的支持都在很短的时间内完成，没有任何麻烦。这些人的努力应该得到奖励。管理得不错......！！房间超级棒，谢谢 bloom
