Parking area was tough because there were a lot of large trucks with carnival rides blocking most of the places. The open spaces were around the sides were it wasn't well lit. I wished the big trucks could have parked around the side and not blocked up places closed to the front door.

Parking area was full and no parking available when i arrived late last night. The staff member came outside to the parking lot to help me find parking. I appreciate the help.

The hot tub was broken and green. There was only one person to check people in when the hotel was completely booked

My family and I enjoyed our time staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Rosenberg Texas. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Quick trip to Houston
Great stay even if only one night, far exceeded my expectations. Ask how old the hotel was as felt newly built only 6-8mths old. Fabulous staff so friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay we'll be coming back again.

Got charged $271.00 as a security deposit instead of $100.00. ( the amount I had prepaid for the two night stay when I booked the room online) Staff said that they were unable to reverse the transition due to a glitch and that I would refunded the amount at check out.

Bed comfort was excellent.
Breakfast was ok.
Biggest issue was with communication between ******* and Holiday Inn. My reservation did not match my paperwork from *******.

我不喜欢这里的服务。今天 6 月 23 日，我们下午 2:40 带着丈夫和 3 个月大的孩子到达酒店，接待处的女孩告诉我们必须等到下午 3:00 才能办理入住手续，所以我们决定坐在里面的沙发上等着。下午 3:00 刚过，我们走到入口处办理入住手续，却发现他们没有准备好我们要求的特大床房。她让我们帮她找一位酒店的客房清洁工充当她的西班牙语翻译，因为她不会说西班牙语，帮她准备我们的房间。最后，我们在下午 3:17 拿到了房间。您可以查看酒店的监控摄像头来验证我的说法。我们从下午 2:40 到下午 3:17（37 分钟）一直待在大堂。如果我一个人的话，那就没问题了，但我带着我的孩子来了。我下午四点有个牙医预约，我和我丈夫迟到了。我只想说他们需要更有条理一些，因为我们真的不喜欢他们的服务。我们走进去的时候，房间看起来很酷，超级干净舒适，但我们不喜欢他们的服务。我们看完牙医回家后，那位女士正舒服地坐在大厅里，用电脑打电话。所以我只希望你能读到这条信息，这样你就能回复那些更注重工作和客户服务的人了。谢谢。
