Room was clean and comfortable . Bathroom down the hall was no trouble and hotel had been tastefully restored .

酒店回复: Sue,Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear about your reception issues. Gulgong unfortunately is on the very fringe of TV reception and sometimes that means we can lose a station or 2. I will however get my TV guy in to check all is as good as it can be.

Good, clean and comfortable property. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Staff were polite and great to deal with. No, it's not 5 star, but for a basic form of accommodation I could not have asked for more. I'll use this again when I return to the town

Very disappointing experience all round. Arrived on Friday afternoon, had to walk up street to local pub to pick up key. Room outlook was a brick wall of next door. Advertised terrace was only available to street facing rooms. Dining room and bar were closed and there was no common area to sit or mingle. Share bathroom at end of hall was in desperate need of CLR and a thorough clean. Room clean the following day was declined due to "unsafe area" ie - there were 2 bags on the floor. Our towels were taken but not replaced leaving us to find other resources. Tea and coffee were provided, although to boil water kettle needed to be on the floor to reach power point, somewhat of a safety hazard.

Quiet property with basic bedrooms and shared bathroom facilities, in line with the cost of the rooms. Staff very welcoming and centrally located for dining and grocery shopping

There were very good share facilities, eg: fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea making. Room was pleasant, however wrong day to stay there as there was a VERY LOUD BAND PLAYING IN THE BAR, so extremely noisy, and no way of sleeping until they finished and the very loud patrons left. ALSO I was woken quite early with hundreds of raucous pigeons in the roof directly above my head, I thought my room was being invaded, for that reason I would not stay there again!!!!!

Check in 太不方便了，居然在另外一个酒店chevk in，然后跑回这个酒店入住。房间太脏，晚上很多人来来往往走路，地板咯咯响，不建议入住这个酒店。
我们不得不穿过几扇门才拿到它，但餐厅关门了。电视坏了，我们不得不打电话给酒吧的工作人员来解决。
住宿期间噪音很大，警报一直响个不停，因为那些技工在一夜的酒肉之欢之后洗澡（我们能听到他们的声音）。蒸汽一直触发警报，我的孩子们在凌晨 5:30 被一声很大的噪音吓了一跳。住在那里的老人也被吓坏了。我们不得不打开通往楼梯的紧急门让蒸汽出来。警报太可怕了。门廊颠簸不平，到处都是鸟粪。水龙头生锈了，水闻起来有铁的味道。拖着行李箱上楼梯很费劲，房间里很狭窄。因为我过敏，地毯上满是灰尘，我一直打喷嚏。我觉得这栋楼很乱，但可以翻新一下。
