The waffle system was off key - either the batter was too thick or the cup too small. I used a full cup of batter and got only 3/4 of a waffle. There were no posted directions.
the oatmeal was overcooked and dehydrated.
the omelets seemed to be made of powdered eggs and american cheese, and were kept alive for far too long in a steam table; resulting in them being rubbery, overcooked and relatively tasteless. The coffee was good, but there was none on our second day - apparently demand outran supply.

Stayed one night during our annual Thanksgiving visit with family in Chico.
We usually stay in an upscale historic hotel downtown but the rates there this year were really high. I booked the Hampton Inn based on the strong reviews.
The place is newer and very clean. The lobby is spacious, the staff is friendly and efficient.
Lots of level two EV charges outside the main entrance. We didn't have the breakfast but appreciated the coffee bar that appears to be available all day.

TV system is useless. Can’t even plug in an HDMI cable, mirror a screen or stream any service.
Barn-style door for bathroom offers no privacy. This is a really dumb design.
Overall lounge area does not feel very comfortable.

Everything was wonderful. So much so. I left a few things behind. I will contact the hotel. Best staff of any place I have stayed.

Staff were very friendly and the rooms are sufficient. The beds were a bit hard but it is always hard sleeping in a new place. We appreciate the hospitality!

工作人员非常友好，氛围也很舒适，我非常喜欢。酒店周边便利设施很多，出行方便。而且离高速公路也很近。
