Clean and modern. We liked the free breakfast, simple but good. Staff was friendly, rooms were good. The shower pressure was pretty weak though. Overall a very good value and family friendly.

I’m only giving this any stars at all because of the kind front-desk employee who genuinely tried to help us.

We had booked and fully prepaid for a room through ******* earlier that day. After driving roughly 1,000 miles with our kids, we arrived around 3:30 a.m., completely exhausted. Unfortunately, the hotel’s system had rolled over to the next day, and because the reservation was made through *******, the staff was unable to access or honor it. Despite our confirmation and payment, they couldn’t get us into the room we had already paid for and were unable to issue any refund on the spot.

The front-desk clerk was sympathetic and did everything she could, but the system limitations (and lack of a workable solution) turned what should have been a simple check-in into a frustrating and costly ordeal.

This place was amazing. It smelled wonderful. The room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen and the staff was polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, looks brand new. Has tons of amenities for a small town and the staff were the best part. Amanda at the front desk was so compassionate and kind with my situation. She made sure I got to my room quick. The room was very large, clean, and nice. Tv is a bit awkward in the room, but it wasn’t an issue. The coffee was great, the cleaning team was very friendly and were working in teams, getting things done! Amanda was at the front again when I checked out, swear she didn’t go home, and sent me on with kind words again. If you ever have to stay in Dalhart, this is the place! They also have a very nice pool, bar, workout room, and it’s pet friendly!
