The heating unit in the ran has a significant noise issue measured at over 70 DB. The TV also kept dropping the connection allowing streaming. The front desk was made aware of this when we departed but haven't heard from them as yet

I didn’t get the room I purchased. I got. 2 queen handicap accessible room instead. Need a king bed. Had to sleep separate. Always boom this hotel in Anchorage for the shower. Totally different shower. Very disappointed.

Found a dirty towel and trash under microwave. Air mattress had a hole in it. Shower flooded the bathroom. Could hear everything upstairs-walking back and forth all hours of the night/early morning.
Friendly staff was the best part.

Cute bar/lounge area with fun nooks for hanging out and playing pool, games, etc. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The only downside was my friend’s car getting broken into overnight in the parking lot, despite cameras and a security guard on duty. Lock your cars and park out front!

Everything was nice just was unsure why the Backyard (outside) did not allow vaping. I understand the smoking but not the vaping.

有个男生前台服务一般，要了我们证件之后还问我家庭住址？好奇怪。然后卫生间换气扇打不开，向他反馈，他说让维修人员上来看，也一直没来。
房间和酒店都还行吧，干净卫生，设施也比较新，总体还是推荐的。

房间还算干净，员工也很友好。酒店位置不算好，不过即便如此，流浪汉也能畅通无阻地进出。冬天入住的酒店似乎非常拥挤，而且附近根本找不到停车位。浴室门关不严，但考虑到房间的布局，这也没什么关系。房间完全没有隐私，所有东西都是敞开的。墙壁薄得可怜，我们竟然被隔壁房间的两个闹钟吵醒了。住在这里非常不舒服。真后悔没多看看评论，评价褒贬不一，我们以后肯定不会再选择这家酒店了。
