酒店地理位置很好，几百米就有个地铁站，去dumai mall和未来博物馆几个站都能到，早餐也非常好吃，楼上泳池旁边的bar吃饭也不贵，饮料很好喝，非常推荐！
房间很大且干净，但靠近快速路和轻轨，晚上睡觉噪声非常大，一晚上没睡好。这个酒店64层可以远看哈利法塔，但需要点餐消费才能坐下观看，不消费的位置观景效果很差，我们是为了在64观景才订的这个酒店，所以根本没有必要在这里住，任何人都可以上64层点餐就可以观景，真的是非常坑，严重对不起这个酒店的价格。还有一点就是12点退房，不能延迟退房，真的是体验感非常差的一次住店。海岸房如果天气不是足够的晴朗根本看不到海，一片雾蒙蒙。
没有一点有建设性的改进意见，从回复来看并没有实质性的接受不足之处，携程也没有进行客户跟踪回访，就是作为第三方的传话，这样的涉外业务真的非常让人感觉不舒服和担心。
离最近的地铁站有点远，在炎热的迪拜走过去真的挺辛苦的。建议大家打的士。虽然我订的是最便宜的房间，但酒店给我升级到了套房。App上说需要交押金，但实际上并没有要求。另外，泳池只开放到晚上8点，大家要注意。早餐自助餐种类很多，味道也很棒。所有员工都很友善，酒店内外都很干净，设施也都没问题，住得很舒服。

这是我第一次住这家酒店，我很庆幸我选择了这里。酒店、员工和地理位置都非常棒。这绝对是我在迪拜住过最喜欢的酒店。我希望能有机会再次入住。

这是我这辈子住过最差的酒店！！！泳池服务太糟糕了。前台小哥态度很差，很不高兴的样子。早餐选择很少，简直离谱。我家人没一个喜欢这儿的。水压非常非常小。我们还不得不和泳池管理员争执。我告诉他我要去洗手间10分钟，他说如果你超过10分钟，我们就会把你的东西拿走。这根本不是五星级酒店，顶多两星吧。
太糟糕了，这酒店烂透了。泳池人满为患，酒店服务为零。
房间有股潮湿发霉的味道，也不是很干净。我向前台反映了这个问题，但他们只是喷了些空气清新剂，没做其他处理。不过早餐很好，员工也很友善。
