订的是两张床的房间，卫生挺干净的，加湿器漏水了前台知道后马上让阿姨换了一个新的，房间少了浴帽，前台也马上让机器人送上门了，服务态度很好！房间暖气和排气扇也比较静音，离动物园很近，走几分钟就到了，非常方便，早餐的种类也多，里面还有小朋友的游玩的地方，挺不错的，推荐
位置很有优势，动物园出来步行能到。房间和照片里的差不多，比较宽敞，前台服务态度好，小朋友用品基本都有，早餐内容丰富。适合亲子，有迷你室内儿童乐园，早上和傍晚开放；还有自助小超市。旁边一家饭店也不错。
挺好的，我自己一个人住的，我喜欢出门住双床，宽敞，干净。电视能投屏，智能马桶，干湿分离，房间也很干净，淋浴间种草了那个可收纳放衣架。外卖送上来也很快！比前两天在市区住的体验好很多很多，市区的同价位很挤……
酒店的工作人员很热情，入住办理很迅速，房间安静整洁，床品舒适，24小时不间断淋浴。离上海野生动物园只有六百米路，位置很便利，门口有通往地铁站的公交巴士，提前预约还可以乘坐酒店的班车直接前往地铁站和上海迪士尼乐园。酒店的早餐服务提供的食物品种不是很多，口味一般。总体来说是一次很满意的入住体验。

元旦期间入住了海底小纵队家庭套房，孩子超级开心的，在房间里玩的不愿意出来，管家还送了一天的早饭，也是蛮丰富的。离野生动物园非常近，步行就能前往，还有班车去地铁站，非常方便。推荐推荐
超预期的一家酒店，一是距离上野动物园走路不到10分钟就到。二是酒店提供免费洗衣房服务，这给带一家大小出门在外的家庭带来读音。三是酒店的床品超级舒服，枕头舒服到让人留恋。必须点赞的酒店👍
