酒店地址在CBD商业圈,到达鱼尾狮公园走路10分钟,离克拉码头也很近,新加坡不大很多地方步行就能到,
卫生:很干净整洁卫生间也大
设施:房间虽小五脏俱全,还送了咖啡红茶,电梯口就有直饮水设备,空调很冷
床都是1.5m的只能睡2人
服务:服务态度很好,也有华人会说中文,不是华人就要英文了,但是它们讲的速度不快还是能听明白!
这个公寓楼还有17层空中花园可以逛,51层有房卡的可到17层再换电梯到51层!风景绝佳!!
完全没有服务,房间很小,不提供水,没有存包服务,比如家还要差。我一一列举。
1. 酒店3点以后才有房间,早到要等。
2. 酒店不每天提供清洁服务,我住了3天,仅在第一天提供了清洁;请问我第一天会有什么需要清理?
3. 房间面积很小,也没有灶台,并不是标榜的“服务公寓”,一般的服务公寓至少需要有一个电灶台,而这里的房间仅仅就是一个最基本的小房间。
4. 房间内不提供饮用水,需要去电梯口打水;水量很小,用酒店提供的瓶子,打满需要接8-9次。
5. 离店时没有行李存放服务,住客只能自助存到1楼入口处的小门廊里,无人看守。对于无锁的背包并不安全。
总之,不要选择这里下榻,对于中国客人来说这里太差了。店家就是以最少的服务,挣了一个最高的利润空间。我的所有同事(来自世界各国)都不建议选择这里。我们下次出差也不会住这里了。
位置很好,房间宽敞。
很新,也很现代化。
入住前可以使用泳池或健身房,也有淋浴间和更衣室。
清洁服务不太满意:垃圾收走了,碗碟也洗了,床也铺好了,但地板和桌子都没擦。
退房时,大堂星巴克机器免费给我做了一杯咖啡。
地理位置超赞!步行到红线绿线莱佛士坊地铁、或者蓝线直落亚逸地铁,都是5分钟以内。步行到鱼尾狮、牛车水、克拉码头、老巴刹等等15分钟以内。附近的商场有很多吃的,商场里的亚坤早餐时间不用排队也是惊喜的。
房间超级超级安静。不知道怎么做到的,一层楼40间屋子,住了3天几乎没看到过邻居,也很少听见声音,休息的非常好。
公寓式管理,所以这3天没有打扫卫生,但有一天服务小哥倒垃圾和换毛巾。其实注意保持下卫生,住的也挺舒服了。
前台有的会中文,不会中文的也会尽量慢慢说英文,连写带比划地能听明白,不影响入住。
有游泳池和健身房,晚上可以开到10点。自助洗衣房8新币洗一次8新币烘干一次。烘干非常有必要,衣服太难晾干了,屋子有些潮湿。
超级推荐51层,像个小型植物园,景观视野很好,各种好看的花花还有植物标牌,不容错过。
除了房间稍小且有点潮湿,其他都很满意
挺好的,地理位置绝佳,就是入口略微难找,顶楼花园在装修所以看不到,房间还是可以的,在新加坡算宽敞了。洗衣房洗衣机有点少,洗的人却很多,所以一直等到凌晨去洗才没有人,希望以后能增加数量。
住客专属的天空花园真是太棒了,这酒店物超所值!不过晚上有人开派对声音很大,而且周日全天关闭,这点挺遗憾的,本来想看看日出和夜景的。GPS定位不准,第一天晚上回酒店还迷路了。不过如果再去新加坡,我还是会选择住这家酒店。
这次入住体验非常棒!酒店位置很方便,就在地铁口附近,周边也有很多好吃的。房间干净整洁,设施齐全,床品也很舒适。前台服务态度很好,办理入住很快,还热心地给我们介绍了附近的景点。下次来还会选择这里,强烈推荐!

离老巴刹和鱼尾狮公园都很近,晚上散步或骑自行车回来都很方便。酒店很新,非常干净舒适。
需要注意的是,这里是办公区,所以周末周围的很多店铺关门很早或者不开门。不过我们旅行期间大部分时间都在外面,所以并没有感到不便。附近有麦当劳,我们经常光顾。
我们住的是酒店房间,不是公寓。房间相当小。有淋浴间、迷你冰箱、电视、熨衣板、吹风机和电热水壶。大堂层有游泳池、健身中心、自助洗衣房、小厨房和学习/工作/休闲区。地铁站步行10-15分钟即可到达。步行可达驳船码头(Boat Quay)、克拉码头(Clarke Quay)、小贩中心,还有很多酒吧、餐馆和便利店。但是周末和公共假日,附近所有的餐馆、咖啡馆和商店都关门了。我们选择住在这里是因为它对宠物友好。房间不是很干净。地板感觉潮湿黏腻,被套上有污渍。而且有太多砰砰砰的撞击声(可能是关门声和客房服务),这让我的小狗非常紧张。提供了基本的洗漱用品和浴巾,但没有瓶装水。电梯附近有一个饮水机。总的来说不错,但算不上优秀。走到驳船码头和克拉码头很方便,不过记得带上伞哦。
