Hotel needs work
No water to toilet. I thought perhaps the valve was closed but no it was open but not water which was weird because there was water in the sink. Plus the room smelled like mildew. I was moved to another room and everything work and best of all no smell, BTW no forks in the breakfast room. The hotel grounds were very unkept,

When entering the room it had a string odor bed was not made items where tossed on the couches I was there one night so I simply said it’s fine as long as there’s a pillow and blanket I’m
Ok well fast forward to a week waiting for my deposit they say that fitted sheet and pillow case was missing like tf and now I’m still waiting to speak to a manager

酒店回复: Dear Emily, We conform with our housekeeping department The room was cleaned and made ready prior to renting you guys however you never mentioned during your stay or at check out about any of the issue, upon check out day our housekeepers did confirm with that some of linen was missing from your room.

Mold in bathroom shower and stray hairs in sink. Carpet in room was not thoroughly vacuumed
Room smelled musty and the carpet in hallway was undergoing repairs just past my room.

We enjoyed our stay there this weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They secured our room quickly and helped when we had questions about breakfast and the pool. They are going through renovations, so it wasn't the cleanest we've ever seen it, but that's not a reason we'd use to not go back. We will def come back to this place and look forward to when it's completed!
